The customer service was not very good at all. The guy that helped me was rather cocky and acted like i was just another sale for him. I would recommend the business but not the sales person. The gentlemen that helped strap the bed to my car were way more friendlier and nice.

When we received our 1st delivery they wanted to charge me more then what was wrote down on our statement. Which was $75 ,the delivery guy said it was $90 because it was coming from a store further away. I was NOT informed and they unloaded the furniture and when I showed them my statement the guy said 90 or he is loading it back on the truck. I called the store and informed them. The guy was gonna call the other store. Which they did deliver that night. The mattress was the wrong one and I had to go to the store and complain. The guy wrong us up for the wrong one and then we had to pay the difference which this whole thing was a bad experience. He then said they will swap the mattresses out and then said it will be delivered on Thursday after 6pm because we work till 5. Never showed I called them on Friday and they said it was coming from Cleveland which we dont know why. Didnt get delivered till 930 PM on Friday night.

I have bought furniture from American Freight twice and both times I have had an amazing experience with the purchase process. The delivery company they used during my most recent experience was NOT a very good one.

the pricing is very good but I don't like the high monthly payment plan or the exrremely high interest rate if you don't pay off in 90 days.... but other than that - I am happy with my purchase so far
