Salesmen were courteous and helpful. Gave us the current version of the mattress when the model we had chosen was from prior year. No increase in price. Helped with loading mattress into our van. Would shop there again.

There were couple of surprises which was not mentioned to me by the sales person; for example the extra delivery charges on the the couch which was not available so I had to pay another delivery charge for the delivery the couch which was not available when the bedroom set was delivered

In store Terrance was very helpful with our purchase. We were told the automin was on back order so we knew not to expect it for a while. It was over a month before they recieved it and I had to call numerous times before they told me it was in. Then it was supposed to be delivered Friday afternoon. No phone call or delivery that day. On Saturday I called to check on the delivery and was told they would call me back with an update. Never recieved a call until 7 hours later when they said they would be by in 30 mins. When they arrived the delivery guys realized the store had told them we needed a couch not a automin. We had to wait until Sunday afternoon to receive it and the guys dropped it off without screwing the feet on as if they were in a huge hurry. They need to work on their communication via their customer service but their prices are fair.
I love my new furniture and they have very competitive prices but they are completely unorganized. The first delivery they sent the wrong legs for part of my sectional and they sent the wrong coffee and end tables because they were out and was hoping I'd just except it and move on. One of the guy's told me if they put that table set together then that's the one's they were getting paid to put together and they wouldn't put together the right one's once I got them. So of course I send those back get told someone should contact me by Tuesday (and this was Sunday by the way). Tuesday comes no call so I called them and was told they were out and could replace them with whatever other tables I might want or I could wait for those to be delivered to them. So I picked a different set and was told everything would be delivered the next day. The delivery guy shows up with only the legs to finish putting my sectional together. So I call the store and find out that those tables have to be delivered to them as well. So I agree to wait. Then on this past Friday the delivery guy's called while I was at work saying we'll be there in 30 minute's on my voice mail. So I tried to call back but they didn't answer so I called the store. She said someone called me Thursday and told me they were in and would be delivered the next day. I explained to her I never got a call letting me know anything. So she allowed me to set it up for 6pm on Friday once I would be off work. I waited never got a call so I went out to dinner with friend's. Then at 7:05pm I finally got a call from the delivery guy's so I told them I was out and we would have to reschedule. So we rescheduled for Saturday for 5pm after I got off work. So I get home and wait at 4:24pm I called the delivery guy's and asked if they were going to be here by 5pm and he said it could be anywhere from 5-8. So I called the store and spoke to a man there I explained to him I work 6 day's a week and have set up appointments now 2 time's and neither of them have been met. He tells me they can't set an exact time because they never know what might come up. So I sit at home until 8pm knowing I have a million things to get done on what little time I have away from work and no one ever called or showed up. Extremely rude, inconsiderate and disrespectful of people's time and hard earned money spent with their company.
My salesman Dave was nice courteous. However during showing us what we purchased an unknown man yelled at Dave to come help him. Dave said with customer. Unknown man said you heard what I said now do it. Mortified we told Dave we would come back. An hour later we returned and unknown man walked up to my husband , his name was Craig or Greg was told Dave was helping us. Dave apologized for the twenty something behavior to which we said you do not owe us an apology. We made our purchase. Your managers are rude I would buy my new bedroom suite but not if wasn’t from Dave. He is a gem at this location.
My husband and I had a great experience we actually refurnished our house with there furniture.
This is a very friendly pressure free place to shop. The furniture is beautiful and well built.
Worst experience ever, not having all pieces of set, received broken pieces of furniture, given wrong pieces paid $100 delivery charge then having to pickup replacements just not happy with this company and will not recommend them to anyone.
Price was good and quality appears to be good so far. Employees did answer all questions when asked however they were very unprofessional by having there own person conversations with each other and goofing off.
The sale person was great but we are unhappy with the furniture we got we don’t think we got the one we want we think it is darker than the one we set on at the warehouse also we don’t think it is the same one at all and would not take it back we think it should have at least a month guarantee
The quality of the furniture is perfect for any price point but the delivery was a total s show

Sofa is holding up well. Even to two rowdy dogs. Delivery was timely and they called an hour in advanced. Delivery guys were a bit rough getting my couch inside. The front door poked a hole in the drywall. Not a concern as there is another hole I caused that needs to be patched. Can't blame the delivery guys as they were handling a big couch.
