Came in and walked out with a sofa set in 10minurse. Best service by far!

I’m a broke senior college student and I wanted a nice 5 piece dining set for my apartment (you know, so I can be an adult and eat at a table once I graduate). There were so many options and I was able to bring it home THAT day! Super easy to assemble. I would recommend a power drill to make some pilot holes before screwing in the screws (it makes it a lot easier). This is a solid company for a tight budget.

The delivery guy showed up 3 hours early and was made because I wasn't home. He called my phone 17 times while I was still at work which caused me trouble at work for having the phone ring so much. Once I did talk with him he tried to tell me I would HAVE to help him move the furniture in because the other guy went home sick. I explained to him that if I'm moving my own furniture then what's the point in paying for it to be delivered. Then with all that being said he decided to recruit a neighbor's son to help him without my permission on if I wanted a stranger in my home. Also the delivery guy was so upset that I wasn't home when he wanted me to be and that I wouldn't move my own furniture in to were he decided to tumble roll the nightstand up my steps which cause damage to the nightstand and he placed the dresser upside in the bedroom which cause me to have difficulty in flipping it over and getting it out the box. After all that I called the store to speak with a manager about the situation and the only solution he had was that I bring the nightstand back to the store for a replacement which I found odd because if I was able to move/transport the furniture myself then I would have order for any of it to be delivered. i never received any apology for his employee behavior or actions/conduct nor any compensation for my experience considering the cost was an expense I had to cover. The whole experience was very disappointed and unsatisfactory being that my line of work is Customer Service and I know what Great Customer Service looks and feels like!

The overall store service was great. The delivery service was not. The delivery guys damaged the sectional somewhere between the warehouse, truck and my home. One of the delivery guys had a nasty attitude. Spoke with someone from the delivery company. So now I'm just waiting to see when my couch will be replaced, which I'm not too happy about.

Was impress with someone not haggling over things just helped us and we could just look around on our own and then we tell them what we needed and we were done

The "Gunslinger" sofa and loveseat looked really good on the website, it looked great in the store, and it looks even better in our home! It is a beautiful set and we are extremely pleased. I wasn't expecting the furniture to look the way it did. I thought it would look like a rent to own type. To my surprise very high quality furniture.I have recommended your company to several people since Saturday March 30th 2019.everything came out a box, the delivery service was excellent also Highly recommend the delivery service for the delivery of you furniture.

You’ll think you getting a deal but you not you have to buy everything separate 599 for a 3 piece set but end up 1,000 that’s without the dresser and night stand

We ordered our furniture on March 2nd and still haven’t received it. We paid for the furniture in full that day. We call and we were told to just cancel the order and get out money back.

Fast friendly service

The customer service from management was unacceptable and not professional very urban . When ppl spend there money they should be treated better than that. Also the quality of the furniture is absolutely horrible if I sneeze it would fall apart.

Salesman was kinda pushy bought furniture anyway if salespeople would just learn to talk about the product instead of getting people to push them to buy it they would be better off
