I have emailed 3 times to get the status of my night stands that are on back order. No reply at all. I called and couldn't get an answer from the Burnsville, MN store. I may be returning my entire bedroom set soon. ** update** I got a response from American Frieght, they told me to call and they would help! I called the number they gave me 4 times and got Carls voice mail every time. I have left 2 messages with no reply.

The sales team was awesome (Lisa) and so where the guys that loaded our trailer.

The first time I bought something from this company it was a mattress with bed, and I was given the wrong mattress. I had to go back again with the mattress and so that I can get the right one and of course, they did an upgrade with the mattress for their mistake I was satisfied. I will go back again, but this time I have to double check my order. Warehouse worker are overwhelm!!

Please never never ever buy from these scumbags. I spent $3, 000 dollars cash and got garbage for service. They will not take back damaged furniture because their deliveries are by contractors and thus not liable. Customer service manager is a teenager from Mcdonalds and just gives the runaround for any questions.Please avoid this store--the cost reflects their service and furniture.

Pretty good .... Just wish. Store would communicate better with the delivery people --- who by the way are turly nice and down to earth..

Amazing selection excellent no pressure service!

Very bad business they dont explain to you when your first payment is due dont put taxes on your people work have to find on line i would want anybody to go though want i been going on with my account they said they sent me copy of my contact but i dont have it.they are people u can not trust who ever read please do do any business this comoany the staff is lazy and bad bussiness to work for.spend your money somewhere esle.and they are rude as hell stay away stay away.

The worst place to purchase ANYTHING! took almost 3 months to receive all my furniture that was already purchased, my kids ate on the floor for almost a month because none of my dining room furniture was delivered when it said it would be. Couch was broken. It was always "We will have it in the next few days, we will have it next week, we will have it in the next 2 weeks. I will NEVER, EVER purchase from this place again nor will anyone i know. Furniture is okay quality, nothing spectacular for what we had to deal with. Very poor management and excuses out the roof.

My agent left out valuable information. I chose to assemble myself. I was told that instructions AND tools were included. I only purchased a chofa , 2 end tables and a coffee table. The tables were plain so I knew that wouldn't be an issue. The chofa came without legs. Seems simple right? There was nothing except screws , 8 legs ...that's all. I called about instructions because there were no holes under the chofa or anything. I had no starting point, I had NO instructions. I was told, "Oh there won't be any instructions for the couch. You just have to drill." Well, I don't own a drill and one wasn't included. It's a tool right? I will never go back. Cheap can be cool especially when it looks nice but, after a 65$ delivery fee, 40$ assembly fee, what are you saving? Most importantly, inform a customer completely when doing a transaction. Honestly, I realize I could have done a lot better.

Michael who was my salesman was very dishonest and the 1st incident could of just been a misunderstanding but the 2nd he flat out tried to call me a liar. If you have a dresser set and all of them have mirrors and even the flyers taped on them have a mirror why would you say you didn't ask for the mirror? But in American frights defense they had a manager who did make everything ok and for that I am grateful. I just think they need to train their salesmen better!

Great selection of beds and i even stayed within my budget

My fiance and I is very very unsatisfied was American Freight in Newport News on Jefferson I for myself layaway Winslow recliner sofa and loveseat for $1644 that was paid off within one month today I go in there to make my last payment for me to have set in there for almost an hour for them to tell me that they don't even have my order in stock and that it was going to take a whole 2 to 4 weeks for me to even get it had I know that I would have spread my little white out a little longer but he told me after I made my last payment now I have to go home with some furniture that they have chosen that's around that amount that I'm not even satisfied with because my furniture that I was satisfied with not even there this is very unprofessional and unacceptable for my fiance, he has been waiting over 30 days for him to even hear something back from his warranty claim that he put it on this is ridiculous that neither one of us had heard anything back regarding his claim whats also ridiculous is that American Freight has done this to two different people in the same household this

Levi was an amazing associate. He helped me find the perfect couch that I absolutely love. He was professional and very kind. I would recommend him and American freight furniture to anyone.

The sales staff was helpful and we didn't feel pressured at all. The checkout experience was easy and the option for credit was helpful as well. When we got our couch home, a section was broken so we returned it. When we got the new section home, it was the wrong couch. On the third try, we finally got the correct couch that was not broken.

I purchased a bedroom set from them, after waiting three days for my delivery because they could not deliver when promised, they damaged every piece of furniture they brought into my home. I called back up there to say something they said they would replace it then go up there they don’t have no dressers available it was reserved for another customer so he said he would replace the drawers for the bed because they took off chunks and all he gave me was one. I have called corporate numerous times and emailed them and have no gotten no response and it has been almost a week now. Worst customer service I have ever received and I WOULD NOT recommend them to nobody!!!!

Workers are very friendly and nice. The employee Jake, who was helping me was great. However when I showed up 2 weeks later to pick up my couches and dining room set, they had NONE of it. I had to pick out another couch set and was told. T dining room set would be available the following week. I drove the hour and 15 minutes to pick it up after it was already paid for. I get there and get the run around and finally was told they didn't have it. I was told to call Wednesday and find out when it would be. I call and am told they don't know when. The employees are great, but the b.s I had to deal with just to get furniture is the reason I won't be returning. Not to mention a lot of stuff they don't have at the warehouse that is on the website is 'special order' and would take 4-6 weeks to come in. None of what I picked out was special order

Love my new furniture. i was so happy i purchased through them. Great staff and beyond happy with the service. I get complemented every time friends and family come over. And I will be a new returning customer.

Easy purchase, delivery made same day as purchase.

The furniture is comfortable but the love seat wasn’t properly assembled on delivery and an interior wooden piece was broken. It is very difficult to call the business as the phone often rings and no one answers. After many tries, the manager sent another love seat to my home but the exact same wooden piece was broken in it as well. I have not heard from the company and that was a week ago. I’ve tried to call several times to find out when I will be getting a replacement love seat but have had no luck getting anyone to answer when I have called.
