Good morning, I jus moved back from Houston so I was looking for a nice amount of funiture.. I came for a particular bed set but your location doesn't sell it and don't give the option to order out of the store book. So I choose something else, also I was looking for a twin size bed set and not one set was in the store. Then I pay $120 for delivery and you don't even assemble your merchandise. Now I have a big heavy bed that I put together myself after almost two weeks of purchase. The three support legs on the bottom of the bed rails clasped. Now I have a brand new broke bed.. oh and I had to settle for a bunk bed because there were no twin beds and I can't even build that because of a certain tool. To remind u I jus moved her from Houston with three small children with nothing, coming from a toxic situation to save my life. So I was trying to make my home as comfortable as possible for me and children. With all of that being said, Customer Service is everything.

Bought two sets of box springs and mattresses along with a table and chair set. Never received the table and chairs. Drove back to store and got the same answer that was given the day of purchase. They would do a in store transfer. Who knows, if I don't get it by Friday I will just go get a refund and move on.

The manager of the outlet store has earned my highest regards across-the-board. If I owned a business that could utilize Lance’s skills sets I might be inclined to try to hire him away from AFF&M. Respectfully, Dr. B

Great prices, good quality furniture and when we found some hidden damage on one item they replaced it without question.

The product doesn’t come assembled and it was torn when they delivered . the price was ok and then you have the 75.00 delivery fee which I think is a bit much . I won’t be doing business with them again.

Application is easy, staff was helpful and pleasant. My issue is receiving a text to make a payment or go to collections when I am on automatic payment. I have only recently made a purchase within the last 2 weeks and made my deposit/payment at the time of purchase and it was not due yet, so I was little aggravated by that.

Fast and friendly service.

Poor customer service ,when I received my furniture the sofa was broke in half in the back and the delivery drivers set the sofa against wall so I wouldn't notice if the furniture was broken had to wait another day for it to be delivered although they already was given two days inadvance for it to be delivered also the delivery driver tried to charge me an extra 10.00 for delivery after I was told the actual price absolutely poor service , the manager that was working that day Chris at store #78 was also rude when I spoke with him about it , all around and beyond it all I wasn't satisfied withthe service , as a customer when you work hard for your money and you spending your money you're expected to receive good quality of care and last but not least good customer service , WITHOUT YOUR FURNITURE BEING BROKEN IN HALF.....AGAIN VERY POOR customer care...😢

You guys rock. You answered my questions when I called regarding deliver. The people that does your delivery was just rocks too. I forgot about the 100 dollar deliver fee for them and they still unloaded my stuff and brought them up while my daughter ran to the store to withdraw the money for them off her card.
