My first time going in there and it was a nice and smooth experience. The employees were very attentive and explained everything and answered all my questions and got my table and sectional there for a good price and I love it!

After the purchase was made the customer experience turned horrible. The associates weren’t aware of my address, my items, who had had delivery on their truck, etc... One item was on back order and I was told it would arrive on Monday. I didn’t get my item until a week later without even a phone call.

I enjoy my living room set it fits perfect in our home thank you.

I was very disappointed that I payed 79.00 to have my mattress strapped to the top of my saleman’s car to be delivered to my house!

There were too many problems with my items getting to me at one time and I paid in full for all my items. So it turned out to be a very inconvenience and irritating experience

Exceptional customer service tied with Really great quality and affordable prices. My husband and I put up a sectional sofa and an ottoman on layaway about a month ago for a decent price and within the next week I went and purchased a dresser that very same day. The price for a dresser that fancy was mind blowing to me.. will definitely continue to recommend and also return again !

We were greeted by john. He was very nice, and let us look around. He also helped up find the couch that we wanted. Also got the couch the same day. Had a great experience.

Our first shopping experience ( at store 93 in Palmetto, Fla) was enhanced by salesman, Demetrius. He professionally guided us to furniture which met our requirements, offering no sales pressure, but offering his knowledge of the characteristics of our choices. We also appreciated his timely contact, after our purchase, regarding delivery. When our first delivery had a flaw, he immediately arranged for a replacement piece within 2 days. All in all, quite a positive experience!

Staff was friendly but when you spend $1000 on bedroom furniture and drawers don't work very well kinda disappointed. We got a floor model and that works better than the new in box. No returns or exchanges. Will not be shopping here again

I had to have come back twice to change out my bed because it was dirty. My bed is still dirty I was advised that I can come back and let them take off the plastic too see if it was dirty but then they would bring me that which could get dirty as well. Then I was advised at that point I could get another bed from a different manufacturer. But I had to let them know by 12 that next day. I decided that because I have 10 3 of them grown that I was tired as hell from being inconvenienced. And I was called into work at 11 so I wasn’t able to call them back. I am going to pay off this shot in 3 months and I will not be using this service at all

Our salesman was nice but do not I repeat DO NOT finance thru them. You have 3 months to pay it off . If you don’t, they charge you $5 a day. In the past 5 months I have paid them almost 1,000 and my bill went down $35 . They don’t explain everything up front and they punch in your name on the computer for your receipt. So really you aren’t even signing for it. So for a $1500 couch I am paying 4,000 for it and the couch didn’t even hold up. I would never shop here again!
