Everything was good up until delivery when they forgot to include our coffee & end tables. 2 days later, numerous phone calls with fraudulent promises that led me to leave work on 2 separate days so someone would be home after the date it was too arrive has easily up there with the worst experience & customer service I have ever seen. On their website did the live chat twice. First night I was given name & number of district manager Ethan M. Called left voice message asking for help, never heard back. Second day on website i was given vice president name/ number ( please keep in mind this is the info they are giving me as now I even question their honesty on live chat) i called his number/ left voice message. Never heard back. Many times i thought about calling up and cutting my loses with the tables, but between the lies & not showing after I had to leave work twice it has become a principal. I plan to make a formal complainant with Ohio Attorney General, Better Business B. & as always word of mouth through social media I plan to share this horrendous experience.
