I have no problems with the furniture my problem is that they didn’t put my bed up for me so it is still sitting in the room not put up because I don’t know how to do it and the dresser is still in the box and so is the mirror because I can’t put the mirror on had to pay $95 to have It delivered will never buy another bed from american freight!!

Love my furniture.. The service was great especially when I picked it up the men that loaded my furniture were very polite and friendly... Will buy more from them...

Went in looking for a sectional couch. Got a Solid product , great price & American made

We have been dealing with the store on South Dale Mabry in Tampa, FL for months now. We are getting no replies from phone calls and even personal visits we get the run around. We purchased a sectional with all of these electronics on them and have had trouble since day one.We get very little response and finally had to rent a truck and drop the sofa on their door step. Now trying to replace it we keep getting the run around pieces not in don't know when the warranty reply will take time to get, one thing after another. In the meantime we are sitting on the floor. We haven't even been able to speak to a district manager. If you have a problem with something I feel sorry for you because they don't care.

Canceled two orders! Waited 40’days for a sofa, loveseat and a basic 7pc dining room set. Still hadn’t received it so canceled and went somewhere where they still fast talk you, try and sell you a bunch of stuff and are somewhat friendly however they had the stuff so I bought. Maybe it was just me✌🏿

Furniture is very cheap didn’t last 2 months and I’m barely even on them

I received a broken night stand. A headboard that was the wrong size. Dressers and mirrors that don't fit the bedroom dimensions. I was not made adequately aware that all sales are final!! I am wanting to return 4 pieces from my house. I refuse to accept delivery of 3 backordered pieces. I need my money back on 7 pieces. I was satisfied with 8 items. Please help me resolve this issue!

I came in and was looking for a new mattress and the employee carly was on her game she asked what I was looking for and helped me find what I wanted she did awesome I love the new mattress

I already recommend America freight to several of my friends . Yes, I will be going back again for more furniture. The craftsman ship shows up on my mason hall sofa and recliner. Finally I have a comfortable sofa I always wanted. Great buy!

Good prices n attention

Everything was good up until delivery when they forgot to include our coffee & end tables. 2 days later, numerous phone calls with fraudulent promises that led me to leave work on 2 separate days so someone would be home after the date it was too arrive has easily up there with the worst experience & customer service I have ever seen. On their website did the live chat twice. First night I was given name & number of district manager Ethan M. Called left voice message asking for help, never heard back. Second day on website i was given vice president name/ number ( please keep in mind this is the info they are giving me as now I even question their honesty on live chat) i called his number/ left voice message. Never heard back. Many times i thought about calling up and cutting my loses with the tables, but between the lies & not showing after I had to leave work twice it has become a principal. I plan to make a formal complainant with Ohio Attorney General, Better Business B. & as always word of mouth through social media I plan to share this horrendous experience.

Love my couch and loveseat but when delivered I paid the $80 delivery fee then the guy told me my couch wouldn't fit through my door without even trying then told me I could get another set that would fit but I would have to pay another $80 delivery fee so I told him to leave it I would get it in so then made me sign a waiver so if it didn't fit I would not get my money back... Well it fit and everything is good!
