Horrible experience ‼️ I had to wait all day for my bedroom set that was scheduled to be delivered before 4 and it’s now after 934 and still no delivery ‼️ Paying for furniture assembly for furniture you purchased from them overall the whole experience was horrible‼️ My furniture finally was delivered at 1021 pm ‼️ Paid 130$ for assembly ‼️ Dresser was missing nobs that goes on the dresser... delivery crew tried to price gouge me up until I told them I have a receipt that states the delivery charge ‼️ It was the most horrible experience ever I’ll never shop at American freight again‼️

We purchased a very comfortable reclining sofa, loveseat, rocking recliner, and table set. Our sales associate was knowledgeable and helpful without high pressure sales tactics. It was delivered and set up the same day by very friendly people who went out of their way to show us how the furniture assembles if we ever need to move it. And it was $500 cheaper than similar sets at other stores that would have been delivered two or more weeks later. I will definitely be back.

You’re salesmanship is horrible. You guys aim to make the consumer feel pressured into buying your products. Not a good sales tactic.

Great experience other than the guy telling me I wont payt double like o dod at mattress firm and I get on the app and I am paying double, he told me only a couple hundred more If not paid off in 90 days

Stoped in one day with a friend and all our kids, sales lady (Kyra) greeted us and asked if we needed help, told her just looking and she politely let us know she’d be there if we needed her. Found a set I liked and she happily measured it out and never once seemed to mind our busy children. The set was out of stock and she advised me how I can order it with her but I was undecided and said I’d be back after looking a few other places. Came back a couple weeks later to order it and she was there with the great news we can take it home now, no need to wait for an order. She set up delivery through the store and I was contacted the next day by Edwin and we set up a time. I was nervous because I only had an hour lunch break but was reassured they can do it. Lois & Edwin kept me posted on ETA and were able to fit my set through the doors, get the legs on, clean up the wrapping and still left some time for me to eat lunch! They were professional and kind! I’m very happy with my new set and Kyra was great to do business with and Lois and Edwin delivered it as promised. I will definitely go back.

Its was okay need more different sizes

We bought two recliners. We only had a choice of two styles, with only one style and one color in stock. So we bought the two they had. The price was great and the financing was easy and fast, so it wasn't a total loss. We had to settle for the color, but we are living with it. Granted, on their behalf, we did come in late in the tax refund season and we didn't want to wait for a new order, so we took what we could get. We are happy that they were there for our needs, on our budget and time schedule.

I spent over a thousand dollars and my couch broke within a week of me getting it. And Im still waiting to see if they are going to fix it and its been almost 30 days
