Poor customer service ,when I received…
Poor customer service ,when I received my furniture the sofa was broke in half in the back and the delivery drivers set the sofa against wall so I wouldn't notice if the furniture was broken had to wait another day for it to be delivered although they already was given two days inadvance for it to be delivered also the delivery driver tried to charge me an extra 10.00 for delivery after I was told the actual price absolutely poor service , the manager that was working that day Chris at store #78 was also rude when I spoke with him about it , all around and beyond it all I wasn't satisfied withthe service , as a customer when you work hard for your money and you spending your money you're expected to receive good quality of care and last but not least good customer service , WITHOUT YOUR FURNITURE BEING BROKEN IN HALF.....AGAIN VERY POOR customer care...😢
