Terrible! Not professional at all (Penn Hills, Pa)! I asked them to deliver my bed to me and they never did. Apparently they didn’t have the bed I paid CASH for in stock when they told me they did! Two people went back and checked and and said the had my bed! Now all of a sudden it’s not there. I waited all day (my only off day I might add) and didn’t even have the curiosity to call me and tell me that they made a mistake with my order! Then when I called to speak to a manager they REFUSED to let me speak to him because he was “to busy”. Never asked if I wanted to leave a message so the manager could get back to me or nothing. The delivery was also a nightmare. Had me waiting all day when I told them several times I had some thing to important to later that day. I will not recommend ANYONE to buy from this place. Terrible customer service and a terrible business!

I bought a couch set from American Freight in Knoxville 2 days ago. They are located just 6 blocks from my home. It arrived after hours with a broken wood frame. The frame wobbles & recliner won't work because of damage. I immediately called the store 12 hrs later (the next morning) & manager said they "won't accept returns or give me a refund because it's now used". Keep in mind it arrived broken & I got zero use out of it in just one night. This is no way to treat a customer. You delivered junk & I expect a full refund ASAP. If not, I'll issue a stop payment, report you to the Better Business Bureau & sue you for theft & unjust enrichment. You can also expect scathing reviews on all social media for years to come. This will cost your company thousands in lost revenues. Treat your customers right & back up your products you THIEVES!

Ive had my bed a little over 2 months now, it is sinking in and everytime you get on the bed all you can hear is springs popping. The two reclining couches i got have threading just coming out, i want to know if its possible for me to exchange this furniture for different merchandise because i am mad.

I posted a negative comment on Facebook & this company blocked me from posted anything else. Well I'm back American Freight Furniture....The furniture may look good in the store but it's straight garbage I spent over a $1.000 & the frame of my sectional completely cracked in half after only 8 months. There's no small children in my house jumping on or abusing my furniture nor did I sleep on it. I simply set on my couch one day & that piece of garbage just cracked in half!!!!!!! I'm a single person with one income & don't have money to be wasting on BS like this. BUYERS BEWARE😡😡😡😡😡😡

I must report that my Warranty Claim for my damaged bed was accepted and I received a new bed. I am very pleased with the outcome and would definitely purchase items from American Freight again. I would like to publicly thank Trene for being professional in her interactions with me. I would also like to thank her for helping me to get the bed within hours of me signing the required paperwork.

Find really cute affordable furniture and bedroom sets you would pay a ton of money for. They also will work things out with you.

my wife and i made a purchase of some furniture items in may 2019, the sales clerk and my wife discussed payment terms after which we Deposited more than HALF OF THE TOTAL COST, with an agreement to finalize and complete full payment within 5 months ending September 2019. to our greatest surprise AMERICAN FREIGHT is now telling us we have a further 18 months to complete on the contract..........Are u kidding Me... This is like being run over by AMERICAN FREIGHT!!!

I was in the market for a bedroom suite, I had looked around for a while and was not finding a balance between quality and affordability. I received by mail an advertisement for American Freight and immediately went to check it out and found as I toured the facility lots of affordable bedroom furniture and great quality. I was pleasantly surprised. I decided on a suite for my daughter and was told of all the options they have for purchasing. They offer layaway, with monthly payments that you choose; no set amount required, affordable delivery,reminder emails and receipts; so you never forget a payment. The staff is always courteous and professional and willing to answer any questions that you may have. I intend to shop here for all my furniture first before going anywhere else. Great store! Horrible horrible horrible horrible experience! My family and I entered the store in Newport News, VA Store 81 today 9/27/2019, and was greeted at the door by a sales person, which I believe his name was Garrett. That sales person was not able to assist us in our purchase until 10 or more minutes after entering the store. My family overheard the stores manager, Lance Ray, tell this associate to complete an assembly of a couch before coming to assist me the customer. I will most likely not return because of the managers lack of care for his customers

Matress started sinking in a month or 2 with bed we bought .it was 2 or 3 years ago from 2019.so 2016 or 2017 be bought it.never will we go there again

The mattress is wonderful. It helps my back and I don't wake up in that much pain anymore. It is so much firmer than our old mattress. Thank you so much for selling a great product.

I had a wonderful experience today at American freight. I was greated with smile he ask what were we looking for and showed us around the store. After he showed us around and answered a few questions he gave us our space! His name was Tree and we appreciate it!

Furniture all right but customer service was really bad because we got furniture out on credit and never mention credit application was almost 4k thats ridiculous. Will not be back.

This was our first visit to your store and was very pleased at the excellent customer service we received from Breanna today.
