Horrible Horrible Experience! Manager Needs Training!
Horrible horrible horrible horrible experience! My family and I entered the store in Newport News, VA Store 81 today 9/27/2019, and was greeted at the door by a sales person, which I believe his name was Garrett. That sales person was not able to assist us in our purchase until 10 or more minutes after entering the store. My family overheard the stores manager, Lance Ray, tell this associate to complete an assembly of a couch before coming to assist me the customer. I will most likely not return because of the managers lack of care for his customers
