We bought a bed today for the end of year Dec 31st, 2019 sale.
I really liked the bed. But I cannot say the same for the customer service. For the second time, we were on the brink of just walking out of the store namely because of the rude, obnoxious, quirt attitude of manager, Andria.
Every question after question was met with a quirt response or no response. Pretending to be on the phone, giggling with a friend, turning my questions away, ignoring me 3 times when I asked how much the bed was before taxes. Very very very very rude. If it wasn't for the back pain mother was experiencing, we would have left the store again for the second time. (We were in the store previously on Black Friday but had left due to rude service at that time).
Since this wasn't the first negative experience we've had with this manager "Andria". Very rude and obnoxious person. I wished I could have spoken to the owner of the store to report her attitude towards the customers the first time it happened.
She was very condescending and rude towards us. Even to the point when we were making the payment, she looked at me condescendingly when I was about to make the payment she again turns me away, and helps another customer, then after I had to wait on her, when I had my credit card out for her to take, she turns away again and helps another customer.
I am starting to regret buying from your store altogether due to the absolutely horrible experience we had with Andria. I will see to it that our entire family members my brothers and sisters cousins and friends and co-workers will never ever shop at your store again, as long as Andria is still working for your store.
