I wish I could have gave them no stars they are horrible I was charged 2 times for furniture I didn't even receive yet then I waited a week for the refund only to find out that they didn't even put the refund notice in I'm cancelling everything involving American freight f*** y'all sorry a** service and rude a** customer service I wish y'all get put out of BUSINESS PERIOD....

They have really good deals and the people are really patient and very helpful.

I like the fact that as soon as you step foot in the door, you get immediate service. Everyone was helpful and patient. There are great variety of furniture sets for any style for any room.

Their customer services are off the chain really good people that work there I would go back there for anything I need try them out

Bought a couch from American freight and because i have no way of getting it home, had them set up delivery. To my disbelief, my couch was delivered on the roof of a car with only one delivery guy. After getting it inside and unwrapped, I noticed a small tear on the corner, but it was wrapped in cardboard so it had to have happened elsewhere. Customer Service was rude and unprofessional!

Friendly staff was in and out with what I wanted delivered the next day and set up...thanks guys

I love American Freight except this time a table I purchased was missing screws from the box and I still haven't received replacement parts yet despite contacting them constantly.

My furniture was delivered at 9 pm. It was such a late hour to receive furniture. I then had to set up everything myself including putting my bed together. I will not be purchasing here again.

BEWARE! I went to this warehouse to find an interesting, cool chair for my library. I found the PERFECT one. I sat in it and it was comfortable and I was excited to get it. I got it home and it was crazy but it was so low to the floor. I measured it at 14" from the floor and the rest of my furniture is 17 or 18". I'm 71 years old and can't easily get up from such a short chair. It wasn't like that when I sat on it at the store. I called to discuss and request to return it. I was told that under no circumstances can I return it. My claim made no difference to him and his attitude was clearly not concerned that I couldn't use the chair. Eventually I figured out that I didn't know the legs were in a zippered part of the under part of the chair. When I put them on the chair it was perfect. I was happy with this great chair but will NEVER deal again with this furniture store and it's customer service attitude. Very distressing

May sure you know the final price before you leave the store. See what it will be if you don't pay off before the 7th month.

Person wouldn't let us speak kept trying to up sell us things we didn't need

This store sells inferior furniture and they don't stand behind it. Customer service does not exist. Save your money and go elsewhere.

My furniture is falling apart after less than a month and they make it extremely difficult to process a claim. Never going back.

I purchased a complete bedroom and living room set 10/2/2018 the bed came with a whole in it and I was assured I would be getting a new one. It is 4/23/19 and still no new mattress! I’ve spoke to someone several times and he keeps telling me that they are out of stock! The sectional I purchased is the most uncomfortable furniture I have EVER sat on! Certainly not the same comfort as the one in the store!
