Horrible service and substandard…

Horrible service and substandard merchandise, We purchased a sectional and dinette set from the Glendale AZ. location and had it all delivered. The furniture was 2500.00 dollars and we had to pay extra for delivery we also paid for a hassle free replacement warranty in case something happened on our end. Well we had the furniture 3 days when the frame of the sectional broke I could hardly believe my ears when I heard it crack. We called and spoke to Nick whom assured us there would be no Hassle if something went wrong. When we called we were assured they would indeed replace the unit although they had to get it from another store we said great. Two weeks passed with no calls and no delivery of the replacement we called back and they informed us they needed photos now to submit the claim. We sent photos and and were told again that it was approved and we would get them Tuesday or Wednesday of the coming week this call was on Saturday. Two weeks passed again with no call no delivery so we called back and spoke to the Salesperson that sold the Furniture to us. She stated Nick was not in but she remembered us and would try to find out what was happening and get back to us. Another 4 days goes by and no call no delivery so we call again and are asked to resubmit the photos again and we did this as well and are told it should be cleared up right away. We wait again and then call and finally talk to Nick again and he does not know anything because he was out of state but will call me the next day. Got the call from Nick the next day but still no delivery of the replacement I tell Nick I am ready for them to return my money and we will go somewhere else his response was oh well that will not be possible at all. Here we are at Saturday and my Wife had to go borrow a truck and go to the store with baby in tote to tell them she wanted the replacement couch. This is terrible customer service I am not sure how they stay in Business treating people like this and how the upper management can be okay with this behavior from the stores. This has to be the worst experience ever in regards to the way we were dealt with in regards to the quality of craftsmanship and service by this store. I have been in retail sales now for 26 years in the Automotive Industry here in the Valley and if we treated someone like this I would get fired. I cannot stress enough how very unhappy we are with the merchandise and the service we were given or not given in this case. Funny how helpful they were taking the money but how we had to practically beg for help when there was a problem with the merchandise.
