ALTA Language Services is exceptionally well-rated by customers. Customers particularly appreciate service and professional, though some mention concerns about communication and customer service.
We used the company in the past with another organization. I decided to contract with them because of their expertise and knowledge. They are also very friendly and assist you when needed. Everyone I have encountered with are very friendly and knowledgably.

I think ALTA language services is great. Their account sign up process and access to testing is smooth and easy to understand. I sense that the language evaluators were fair and very competent. I am amazed that they design language assessments for less commonly spoken languages. Very grateful for that.

This was my first time using the ALTA system and I had many questions regarding the platform. I was able to arrange a phone call conference with a representative who was extremely helpful as well as patient with me and my many questions. I needed additional follow up assistance and the ALTA team was very responsive and continued to support my needs all along the way, ultimately allowing for successful testing of our candidate. ALTA support was very helpful when ever I had questions. There responses were quick. The only thing is that it is not very user friendly when setting up students or adding exams. I have to contact support in order for them to add a test.
