We used the company in the past with another organization. I decided to contract with them because of their expertise and knowledge. They are also very friendly and assist you when needed. Everyone I have encountered with are very friendly and knowledgably.

Sometimes the clarity on the calls is horrible. This last call the person testing was rude. Yes, we were testing the person and monitor it, so the person does not cheat if doing it from at home etc., not only that but the validity of the test as well as the process. She was rude saying we don't have to be one the phone etc., and it could just be the person. The clarity of the call with the static it not being so clear is not always on our end.

Nacida y criada en el norte de España, con certificación ELE para dar clases de español y me dicen que no he pasado el test de mi lengua nativa. Esto es completamente absurdo y ridículo. Si a mí una máquina me pide que dé 2 razones de algo y mientras estoy explicando la primera, el audio se corta, obviamente un ordenador va a suponer que no entendí la consigna. No sé cuánto personal humano tenéis detrás de estas pruebas pero algo es claro, o no está plenamente cualificado para el puesto o no hay personal suficiente porque es lamentable.
