We used the company in the past with another organization. I decided to contract with them because of their expertise and knowledge. They are also very friendly and assist you when needed. Everyone I have encountered with are very friendly and knowledgably.

Alta makes it easy to register someone to take the test and offers many different languages which is helpful. I will say that the employees taking the test comment that the questions being asked during testing are a little intrusive as they are asking the employees opinions on different topics. Makes the employee think they are being judged on their answer versus how they are communicating.

ALTA does a great job meeting our expanded need for student language proficiency testing. The test-request process is not complicated, and staff are very responsive to communications regarding test scheduling and receiving test results.

I love how easy to use this company is. They were also quick with results. My only complaint was that the interviewer was not on time to the meeting and my student had to wait 10 minutes for someone to go find the interviewer. I know there is a lot of moving parts to coordinate all of this and despite that I would still 100% recommend this company. Easy to use, quick results, they communicate effectively.
