We used the company in the past with another organization. I decided to contract with them because of their expertise and knowledge. They are also very friendly and assist you when needed. Everyone I have encountered with are very friendly and knowledgably.
Impossible to schedule a test. I emailed, I called and I emailed and I called so many times. Countless times. It was very frustrating. Then, finally it was all set up and I just received a random email after almost having completely given up.

We had difficulty connecting with the Danish evaluator. Even after finally agreeing on a time, she forgot the appointment and someone from ALTA had to call her privately to get her on the phone. We were, however, able to successfully complete the phone interview.
The phone testing is a good option but maybe better equipment. Everyone who has taken your phone tests talks about how they can't hear the tester very well.
Variety of Languages, limited accessibility support
I loved the variety of languages offered. We were able to award our first TWI Seal of Biliteracy thanks to your testing this year! I also loved the ease of scheduling and test taking.
The only downside, was the lack of accessiblity tools for students in the writing section of the test. My kiddos took the exam in Twi but struggled to get the keyboard to type two specific characters required for typing in Twi. In other language assessments that we use, there is a drop down of language specific characters that helps with this issue. I wish that was available here. It was a stressful situation for our kiddos who were already nervous about taking the test.
