Accommodation was excellent .Staff very efficient and helpful Food -Breakfast good selection of food Evening meal could be better Day trips-lovely day in Swanage and Poole no time to spend in Poole would rather slend a full day in Swanage Coach to Tamworth had to changd coach 3 times not sure if this a regular accuracebut its annoying Coming home straight to Tamworth but had to wait for a coach to pull in with 4 passengers on board Felt sorty fof the driver as he was getging grief from passengers waiting to get home But there had been a accident on the motoway so the delay couldn't be helped . Surely there must be a better way for logistics instead of changing at Tamworth and waiting and waiting and waiting

From pickup to drop off home

From pickup to drop off home, everything was taken care of, all I had to do was turn up. The Hotel was lovely, food was good with plenty of choice and all meals were waiter service too. I had a single room which was quite spacious and there was no single supplement😊. The only negative was the shower didn't have a thermostat and was difficult to keep to one temperature but it wouldn't stop me from booking again. This was my first time with Alfa and won't be the last, the service by all staff at the hotel and the drivers was first class.

A lovely break!

This was our first holiday with Alfa and we really enjoyed it. We liked the hotel and the journey there was easy and without any problem. The hotel was nice and was clean. We thought our bed was a bit rickety and could do with some attention. There were two members of staff that really stood out, one in the dining room and Steve behind the bar was customer focussed and nothing was too much trouble for him. Rochelle in the dining room looked after us really well and both these people are a credit to the hotel. Unfortunately things started to unravel on the journey home where we had a prolonged wait at Tamworth because one of the connecting coaches had been delayed. However, our onward driver who was put under unnecessary pressure by a minority of customers, did everything right and although we didn’t get home until quite late we thoroughly enjoyed our time away. So much so that we have booked another holiday with you later in the year.

Ilfracombe holiday

This was our first Alfa holiday and it exceeded our expectations. The coach journey was with a lyes coach it was very comfortable and our driver Shane was excellent. The hotel the imperial in Ilfracombe was good. The staff were all brilliant so friendly and welcoming. Special mention for Georgia our waitress she was lovely. Looking forward to our next one.

Travel

Travel, Steve our tour leader couldn’t be faulted. Issues with Aloft Hotel. On arrival all containers in shower were empty. Out all day Thursday to come back at 4.15 to find room not cleaned. Housekeeping sent someone up to clean while we disappeared for 45 minutes. When we got back they had only cleaned the bathroom and left everything else. Contacted reception and complained who said they’d send someone up again. By then it was time for dinner so we never had the opportunity of a cup of tea or rest before dinner. Spoke to Laura who was covering reception when we went down for dinner and told her the issue and she personally went to sort out our room while we had dinner, which she did and brought us two complimentary vouchers for a drink. They had ran out of red wine and tonic water!! Do they have a problem with stock management or running out of funds? I’ve never come across this in any hotel before.

hoilday great hotel ok food exellent staff exellent. coach driver not very friendly no small talk like hello, good morning good bye, he would turn his back to me many times. when we had chance to buy shortbread of him he did not include me and had to go and buy extra.

My holiday in Eastbourne

Queens Hotel - bedroom was clean and well maintained. Staff were helpful and friendly and I enjoyed the entertainment. As I was attending the tennis Tournament in Eastbourne I didn’t go on the trips. Have already booked for next year.

Made welcome from the driver to the…

Made welcome from the driver to the manager and all staff. Nothing was to much trouble. Room was basic but clean. Bed was very comfy. Great shower. Entertainment good. Lounge comfortable. Great choice of food. Superb breakfast. My only fault was there was no tea or coffee facilities in the bar or lounge.

Excellent staff in dining room

Excellent staff in dining room, very good with my wife!s allergies ie gluten free, plus verity of meals. Driver very good and helpful. Packed lunch to take home very good. The feeder coach pick up was excellent fro Black Cat Travel, good quality coach and driver.

The staff and driver all very friendly…

The staff and driver all very friendly we felt very at ease . This was our first trip was a bit worried as husband uses a walker thought we might be a bit of a nuisance but Phil our driver never made us feel that way at all he was brilliant!! All staff very approachable didn’t have any problems but if we had I would have been comfortable to speak with any of them. Thank you all 😎
