Came back from work and resting in my new wonderful home. I can’t rate Daryl enough for the experience he’s given me, he’s made it so easy to move here. Moving from Norwich was difficult finding somewhere, and it was a really smooth seamless process. Being from Heaton from where I came from and being able to locate me next to my mum. I've been in touch with Ad Hoc for a while now, both Claire and Aaron have been great throughout. Claire was super helpful in answering all my questions (and there were a lot!) and kept me updated even when things weren’t 100% confirmed yet. She was honest about what they could and couldn’t provide, which I really appreciated. Aaron reached out to me about a new place and was quick to follow up with details. It was nice to deal with someone straightforward and responsive. There were a couple of delays earlier on, but Claire took the time to explain what happened and made sure things were handled better moving forward. That really showed me they cared about doing right by people. Overall, both Claire and Aaron were professional, down-to-earth, and easy to deal with. Would definitely recommend them if you’re thinking about trying property guardianship with Ad Hoc.

Ad Hoc provided me with a friendly and informative service when viewing the property. The property itself was in pretty good condition as well as being reasonable priced. Also they are there to help with any problems you may have. Would definitely recommend.

I have used Ad Hoc in various locations around the UK over the last 6 years and stayed in some great properties. Easy in easy out no hassle, you do have to realistic they are not 5 star hotels, but great value for money.

Having now moved into my third property with Ad Hoc Property Management I would highly recommend them. With great support from Trina in the Taunton office and Rory at the Bristol office I was able to move between properties at these locations to continue Key-working during the current lockdown. I am now at my first Scottish property and with the help of Ellie and Norman have been able to continue this seamless transfer and settle in with no issues at all. Great buildings to choose from and you’ll meet like minded guardians from all walks of life. Genuinely an experience that you won’t forget and will enjoy. Thank you to everyone involved.

Extremely bad. I would never stay with them again. They cannot be trusted. I am now having to seek legal action against them and writing to the council. Extremely unprofessional and dangerous. I cannot recommend them to anyone now. My mistake was putting my trust and faith in such an unprofessional company. Never again

Please don't anybody grab any of the rooms anywhere before me at the moment as I think I can move back in soon and don't want to find they are all gone! I'd still be there if the pandemic hadn't ruined my plan. Sharing a bathroom is the only downside, just cope with it.

Great opportunity to live in a 500yr old, grade 2 listed building. Would definitely be a Guardian with AdHoc again. Wish they had places available in Warwickshire, where I’m relocating to. I was fortunate to have good housemates. AdHoc gave me deposit back, no bother. When you go to view a property, there is possibility that other people will be there looking at same room too. Take deposit with you in case you really like it and want to secure it. York office were sound. Cheers Martin and Craig. RK.
