Great opportunity to live in a 500yr old, grade 2 listed building. Would definitely be a Guardian with AdHoc again. Wish they had places available in Warwickshire, where I’m relocating to. I was fortunate to have good housemates. AdHoc gave me deposit back, no bother. When you go to view a property, there is possibility that other people will be there looking at same room too.
