Came back from work and resting in my new wonderful home. I can’t rate Daryl enough for the experience he’s given me, he’s made it so easy to move here. Moving from Norwich was difficult finding somewhere, and it was a really smooth seamless process. Being from Heaton from where I came from and being able to locate me next to my mum. I've been in touch with Ad Hoc for a while now, both Claire and Aaron have been great throughout. Claire was super helpful in answering all my questions (and there were a lot!) and kept me updated even when things weren’t 100% confirmed yet. She was honest about what they could and couldn’t provide, which I really appreciated. Aaron reached out to me about a new place and was quick to follow up with details. It was nice to deal with someone straightforward and responsive. There were a couple of delays earlier on, but Claire took the time to explain what happened and made sure things were handled better moving forward. That really showed me they cared about doing right by people. Overall, both Claire and Aaron were professional, down-to-earth, and easy to deal with. Would definitely recommend them if you’re thinking about trying property guardianship with Ad Hoc.

I have been a guardian for adhoc for over 6 years and enjoyed my time and experience. Been a guardian the flexibility has allowed me to live in some unique and varied properties. The service from Martin Doyle, Chris Chelin and Craig Mitchell from the York office has always been prompt, friendly and very helpful which has made the experience all the better. I would recommend being a guardian with adhoc. When my current job is up I hope to be a guardian again.

I became a guardian in Jan 2020 and have only recently moved out. I found the experience to be mostly positive, I liked living in a quirky building (where I was able to save a lot of money due to the license fee being considerably lower than renting privately) I got lucky with my housemates, we all got on fine, bar a few housekeeping issues, but that is normal wherever and who ever you live with! My only gripe was the emergency out of hours number, almost impossible to get hold of anyone and they never called back. Had to call them twice during my stay and was a bit of a disaster and this definitely needs some attention. However, Victoria who was our Guardian Recruiter was excellent and responsive to any problems we had, and always got the issues sorted! She is an asset to Adhoc and was always very helpful and friendly! Thank you! I would recommend someone who is open minded and quite laid back to take on a guardianship, and if they do end up sharing with others to try and implement some ground rules at the very start to avoid rows later on down the line (cleaning/loud music late at night etc!)

Spent two and a half years with Ad Hoc and I found them helpful, friendly and very professional. I would certainly use them again if I ever need to. I made lots of new friends from all walks of life. Great service from start to finish. Due to a swift change in personal circumstances I needed somewhere cheap to live and the option offered by Ad Hoc was a life saver. I dealt with the Liverpool office and in particular Lee & Rob who both couldn't of been more friendly and helpful. I would recommend them to anyone.
