Came back from work and resting in my new wonderful home. I can’t rate Daryl enough for the experience he’s given me, he’s made it so easy to move here. Moving from Norwich was difficult finding somewhere, and it was a really smooth seamless process. Being from Heaton from where I came from and being able to locate me next to my mum. I've been in touch with Ad Hoc for a while now, both Claire and Aaron have been great throughout. Claire was super helpful in answering all my questions (and there were a lot!) and kept me updated even when things weren’t 100% confirmed yet. She was honest about what they could and couldn’t provide, which I really appreciated. Aaron reached out to me about a new place and was quick to follow up with details. It was nice to deal with someone straightforward and responsive. There were a couple of delays earlier on, but Claire took the time to explain what happened and made sure things were handled better moving forward. That really showed me they cared about doing right by people. Overall, both Claire and Aaron were professional, down-to-earth, and easy to deal with. Would definitely recommend them if you’re thinking about trying property guardianship with Ad Hoc.

Lived as a guardian for nearly a couple of years, I guess, mostly in church properties in North Liverpool/Southport. The properties were a mixed bag, as we're the other guardians - some lovely people there, but also a few behaviourally challenged folk who were difficult to live with. Interestingly, the latter tended to be locals rather than hard-working people from overseas making their way in the world. Can attract local ne'er-do-wells. Management generally okay, but a bit chaotic. They confused me with one of their problem guardians, and kept getting in touch for money I did not owe them. I like the concept of Adhoc and hope they can make it work. If you have to live somewhere else for part of the time, it can be a decent solution - just take care who you live with. As it turned out, I moved out of Adhoc to my own place and then Covid hit and I have had no use of my place because my office closed. May have been better sticking with Adhoc! Management need to be stricter about applying criteria for choosing guardians..

Very nice people. I’ve been with them for almost 1 year in a mega-villa in Hale with the swimming pool and a pound in an huge garden. The agent Rob is been always super nice, helpful, approachable and understanding as the other girls in the office.

Loved living as a guardian. Although it's not easy sometimes to share your living space with other people and conditions could be challenging at times it's still my favourite way to "rent". I lived in a school for few years and then in a church for another few years. Paying less for rent meant that I could travel more/ work less. Ad Hoc Property Management is quite good as well. They resolve issues quickly and they always had friendly and professional staff on call. I reached out to Robert on several occasions. Rob was always helpful and kept in touch to make sure any issues I had were resolved. Grateful for this experience!

As a Guardian of 12+ years, I can honestly say my experience with Ad hoc has been fantastic and entirely professional. My contact, Hasnat, has been swift and accomodating in arranging my viewing of the property, dealing with the admin side of moving in, and, even assisting with making it possible to move in on my preferred date. AD HOC ARE GREAT. THERE WAS A PROPERTY I REALLY WANTED AND JUST MISSED IT. SO I GOT IN TOUCH WITH AD HOC AND THEY PUT ME FIRST PLACE TO VIEW A PROPERTY JUST MINUTES AFTER IT WAS PUT UP ONLINE THANKS TO ELLIE ESAN. I'M HAPPY WHERE I AM THEY WHERE REALLY HELPFUL. I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND AD HOC TO ANYONE THAT IS LOOKING FOR A PERFECT SAFE AND SECURE HOME.

Happy to suggest AdHoc to friends who are looking for reasonably priced accommodation. Any issues with the property are promptly addressed, what is delivered is exactly as advertised, requirements placed on tenants is wholly reasonable. I can see myself going back for their services.
