The call initially came out of the Blue late evening as I was looking at and comparing the quote with my existing cover. The agent was able to put me at my ease by providing evidence of his authenticity. He outlined in a little more detail the main benefits and answered my questions making sure I understood

I f I could put 0 I would! Signed up for boiler cover, which includes boiler cover. They said upon sign up they would reach out to organise the boiler service. This lot did no such thing. I had to reach out to arrange and they replied with a link to book in a service. Upon clicking the link, there was zero availability for 6 months!! So i then called them up and they got one sorted for me. They then never bothered to get in contact on the day they said the boiler service would take place! I then asked to raise a compliant, but they said as they sorted out the boiler service, why would i want to complain? Pathetic service. Please avoid these lot.

Arrived on time with a phonecall prior to arrival. Lee completed the boiler service and left with no problems. Easy process.

Following the sale of my father house after he passed away I cancelled the service, paid the outstanding amount and cancelled the DD. The company have attempted to take further funds by setting up a DD 3 times since. The retentions department wont pick up the phone to resolve this and so my negative review of their customer service.

What an experience talking to the customer service . I cant even recognise the company any more. Very rude, arrogant and aggressive . After being a loyal customer for over 15 years and I find out via direct debit that the annual premium increase over 60% just over a month. We were without hot water or hearing two weeks in November last year, because 247 was waiting for the parts. I have to buy two heaters . Last month in June 2025 , after 5 pm, the entrance door did not closed. I called 247 . I was told the 3rd party will come to fix the door. My neighbour friend came around 10 pm to fix the door. Now 247 tells me there was a claim and somebody attend the property next day around midday. Very poor service, very aggressive and rude.
