The call initially came out of the Blue late evening as I was looking at and comparing the quote with my existing cover. The agent was able to put me at my ease by providing evidence of his authenticity. He outlined in a little more detail the main benefits and answered my questions making sure I understood

Promo code problem
I purchased a cover plan for my boiler. I applied the promoted discount code for 30% off and the website appeared to accept the code. When I clicked "accept" on the plan the website reverted back to the original price, but this happened after I had agreed to the policy. I tried to contact customer support and was told to call back Monday. Hopefully this can be resolved then.
