The call initially came out of the Blue late evening as I was looking at and comparing the quote with my existing cover. The agent was able to put me at my ease by providing evidence of his authenticity. He outlined in a little more detail the main benefits and answered my questions making sure I understood

Charlie was a credit to 247
Charlie was on time, kept me up to date with his arrival time, called as the bell wasnβt working and asked if he needed to remove his shoes! Nice respectful touch. He asked me the relevant questions and then left me to do my work. He left the place clean and tidy. He explained a slight issue with the filling of the boiler and that if it became an issue they would come right back out, and he explained it in an easy way for me to understand. Thank you Charlie
