The call initially came out of the Blue late evening as I was looking at and comparing the quote with my existing cover. The agent was able to put me at my ease by providing evidence of his authenticity. He outlined in a little more detail the main benefits and answered my questions making sure I understood

Had a problem with a Drayton actuator which was new with my new boiler about 7 months ago and the company acted on my claim immediately. John the engineer attended promptly and deduced the fault from my description of the problem and fixed it taking the time to explain the fault and giving more insight into how my system works. He was excellent. Well done 247.
