Worldwide Cruises is exceptionally well-rated by customers. Customers particularly appreciate service and professional, though some mention concerns about customer service and communication.

Another cruise booked through Mo and as usual, his personal attention was excellent. He always does his best to get us the best deal but when he can't compete, he's honest enough to say so. He's a credit to the company and during these times, when good service is rare, he's up there with the best.
Mo was very helpful and thorough looking for the best options for my holiday and travels.
This is the 4th cruise I have booked through Worldwide Cruises and Eddie. Again wouldn't go anywhere else. Eddie provides an excellent service, the quote we got was clearly laid out, with all the different options. Quick with responses to emails and on your side trying to get you best best deal.

Booked a cruise holiday with worldwide cruises. although we have not travelled on a holiday booked yet, we found the booking straightforward and our sales agent Eddie was very helpful and polite. Hopefully our holiday would be as good as the booking and the deal which we have got.

US
I would not use worldwide cruises again in the future. I booked a once in a lifetime holiday for myself and my daughter to celebrate her 18th birthday. Alex booked us a holiday flying with virgin Atlantic from Manchester to Florida Orlando staying on a room only basis in a hotel on international drive Orlando for 7 days then a cruise on carnival liberty for 5 days/4 nights going around Bahamas, all inclusive staying in a cabin with its own balcony. Sounded perfect and we were both excited to travel. However Day 2 into our holiday in Orlando we were told a hurricane Irma (category 5) was due to hit Florida and Bahamas and we should return home. I sent numerous e mails to Alex and copied in kenny (manager) asking what we should do re getting home. I was told to phone the cruise line, airline and basically do the work myself to get home. With 2 days of research and numerous phone calls we were told by virgin Atlantic that we needed to get home in the next 2 days before the Orlando airport closed. They said the travel agents should be assisting us in getting home and I said no. They said this was unacceptable and they would ring worldwide cruises to help us. After putting me on hold virgin Atlantic came back online to say it was the worst call she had done. She confirmed they were not assisting us so she would do this for us. She managed to secure us a flight home foc but to Glasgow were we needed to get 3 taxis and 2 trains to get home. Upon returning home I contacted worldwide cruises regularly to get a refund for the cruise which was cancelled due to hurricane Irma and compensation for the holiday we never got to enjoy. I was told the amount of the cruise was Β£453 for us both (Β£226.50 each) and this would be refunded to my card. This was weeks ago. When I queried why the price was so low I asked for a breakdown of the package holiday ie the flights the hotel and the cruise. They would not provide this. I asked why Β£453 was so low, then I got told they had miscalculated and it was now Β£650 (which still appears low). Carnival cruises paid them direct for the cancelled cruise I asked worldwide cruises for evidence of what was refunded and today was told they could not do this. As of today we have been back almost a month I have had no money back and service has been terrible. Ignored e mails, told manager was off on holiday assured dates kenny would ring me back which he didn't. Basically I had to do all the hard work to get me and my daughter home and only had 1 day of a holiday the rest was trying to get home. Would definitely not recommend, they are quick to take your deposit and good at sales pitch but after sales care is sadly lacking!

We booked a cruise to Alaska through Worldwide Cruises UK, our agent was called Alex. There was no problems with Alex and he helped us to try and get the best deal and times for our cruise. Alex was not pushy and gave us time to think things over before we finally booked the cruise. The process was easy to book and we are very happy with the deal we were given.

Great experience with Worldwide Cruises. Alex was extremely helpful and the quotes were the cheapest i got. Alex got flights and cruise for the very close to the advertised price even though we were traveling from a local airport. Thanks again Alex.
