Excellent service

Another cruise booked through Mo and as usual, his personal attention was excellent. He always does his best to get us the best deal but when he can't compete, he's honest enough to say so. He's a credit to the company and during these times, when good service is rare, he's up there with the best.

Unhelpful staff.😬

I've tried twice to book through this company but the sales agent was very sharp and was not exactly forthcoming with information. He was unable to tell me which airport we would fly from and suggested we book then ring up 7 months prior to the cruise to amend and flight details. Other web sites offering the same deal didn't have the same issues!
