Interest rate extremely high and paying loan biweekly isn't convenient
700%+ interest rate, not disclosed until confirmation. Asking leading questions about payroll date without confirming that it should be the withdrawal date for payments.

I do not remember the Loan having a high interest rate, close to 500%. I do not ever remember giving you any of my banking information and all of a sudden the funds of the proceeds did arrive in my bank and now you’re asking for my first payment. I have requested your bank for a one time payment to pay off the whole loan and I have not heard back from your bank Kelly
