Wisper Internet has mixed reviews from customers. Customers particularly appreciate service and reliable, though some mention concerns about customer service and expensive.

I have had wisper internet service since around 2003 when I really needed faster service while doing web maintenance - I would literally up load some pictures, go cut the grass - 2-2.5 hours and still had pictures uploading when I returned. Their service has been phenomenal, In that time I have been down less than 20 times for any extended time - hours not days. Since I am rural I don't have a lot of options for internet service. I only have one complaint - technical service - slow - unavailable at times. I understand the problem of why - just wish the availability and response time was better
We spend many hours and days with outages, We have had several days where Internet was down due to backbone issues. No 24/7 support call after hours on an issue or on a weekend your screwed. Poorest support of any company that I have been with on this wifi network. They were going to upgrade the tower when the last company ran the wide area wifi. It is not just me, several folks who had your service I know have quit due to frequent outages. I myself am considering another provider.
I’m satisfied with the service Wisper provides. I have been a customer for a long time and rarely need to call for service. They are always on top of outages and Customerservice is great
It seems like once a week our service goes out, we pay about $90 a month for service and get no credits or prorated discounts for days or times without service.
Never has experienced an issue with my internet service.
Going out at times more frequently, usually a short period . Sometimes a red light on my router and sometimes just does nothing (cannot find page , dns server not responding ,timed out, and 404 error ,network not responding ).

The customer service is AMAZING, but I am paying for 10 mbps and my average download speed is only around 3 mbps, so it lags, especially when I'm online gaming or if my roommate and I are both streaming at once.
Internet Service is very pour for the price
We have had Wisper now about 3 months. The staff are very friendly and helpful with any concerns.We had a faulty piece of equiptment at first but they went way beyond our expectations to solve and fix the problem quickly. their technician even kept in touch with us over the weekend.
Over and over we lose connection- techs show up and they continually want to move the dish around on the roof to change view- I now have 12-16 holes in a roof put on 3yrs ago- and when this last tech showed up, he said if I find this is going to take more than moving dish They will need to send a different tech, well he comes down from roof and says I can move it down the roof to get around a tree in the distance- or tells me just wait until the leaves fall off the tree and then sight wont be blocked. I asked him of what he was suggesting was to put more holes in my roof, he said well yes- I told him NO! I then sat on hold for 48 min! with Whisper to speak to a manager about this issue, and then a rep came on and said sorry I cant reach the Manager- I’ll have him call you, which still has not taken place!!! We pay for a service and Whisper accepts sub-service to us! Whatever happened to getting what you pay for!!! So disappointed… and guess what- we still have our connection drop all the time!
We appreciate how the 2 installers working on our service performed. Would be 5 stars, but having to wait 16 days for an appointment was rough. But, we are very happy with the resulting service.
I have been very pleased with the service. At first it was rough because they we're just getting started! But after many phone calls everything worked out. When it went out I'd call and they would help me get it back on. It's been great lately. Thank you

Wisper doesn't care about their land line customers.
Very well satisfied with our recent activity. Everything was on time and was as explained in advance of the work.
Bad service had tech come out just to say they over sold the tower and haven’t fixed anything
Our service is good most of the time but we have down days about once a month for two or three days at a time. We try re-sets but they don't always work. But when you call customer service they do a re-set and that usually solves the problem.
