My internet goes out all the time and they have came and raised the dish hoping that would help but it still goes out often
Wisper Internet has mixed reviews from customers. Customers particularly appreciate service and reliable, though some mention concerns about customer service and expensive.
So far whisper has been great I've had no shutdowns no slow speeds
Good reliable service. Haven’t had any service calls yet but I expect it will be just as professional and pleasant.

Since Wisper has taken over from my former internet provider which they bought out I have seen a slow degradation of service. I pay for high speed internet but suffer buffering a lot. When it storms hard I lose all connectivity at a time when I need it the most. All in all I consider this just average service.
Service is slow from 5:00 to 9:00 pm in rural area. Just my daily experience.

The original person I talked to in the office was snippy and short, implying that my internet not working was somehow my fault. The technician that showed up was awesome and reassured me that the problem was not us, that our tower had been hit a couple of weeks ago and their team needed to go back out and fix the problem there. The office staff needs to work on customer service!!
Reliable, consistent internet. Take service for granted.
I edited and changed some of this review after some of my issues have been resolved. After writing my first poor review they contacted me quickly. Thank You for doing that Wisper internet. We are in central Missouri and Wisper Internet bought our local provider Easynet. They have poor customer service and there techs don't get back to you. When you call the people from Wisper make you talk to the people in Smithton and they are very unhelpful, just like they use to be when they were Easynet. In the last year and a half I have called 3 times and emailed 1. The calls we all answered promptly and the girl on the phone had me do the modem reset procedures and when that didn't help she said the techs were busy and they would call me back. That never happened. when I emailed them the service rep said that they do not have the techs call back, but I was told they would on the phone 3 different times for some reason. I have the highest bandwidth they offer in my area which is 2.5MBPs download , I would love it if they would upgrade out tower to get higher speeds like most customers in our area, It goes down quite often ( 4 to 5 times a week ) but usually for only short periods of time ( usually under an hour ). Service is still slow sometimes times I can not stream anything without buffering a lot including YouTube videos, amazon, Facebook market place pictures are the worst to load, usually in the evenings between 530 and 830. I use internet for mostly email and my wife uses it for email, Amazon shopping and Pintrest and it is often to slow to load the pictures. Part of the time it cant even open the pictures in my email. I realize the bandwidth we have is not recommended for streaming but I figured it should be good enough for opening pictures.
Live rurally, and 10Mb was going down a lot, but got that problem fixed. Now waiting for the 400Mb system, and all we keep hearing is soon or next week makes me wonder how many problems going to have when it is implemented.
Our internet has been working great so far. Weather doesn’t seem to bother it like a satellite dish does. Service is good and tech support is great.
The helpful and cheerful front desk is a plus plus in my book. Quick response to any of my concerns, questions and problems. Thank you for taking such great care of me and my Internet needs.
I really like this company when they were Pixius, the internet hardly ever went down, I cannot say that now. I work from home and it gets very frustrating when the system goes down and you can't access the internet to find our if there is an outage, so you have to call and go thru everything to find out. Then if it isn't down but it is just you, you go thru one to three different "tiers" to get to the problem. I really have not been happy with Wisper at all. Also, I don't even know what location I fall under so I am never sure if I am in the area that is offline!
Service constantly going down constantly reducing your speeds it seems like you have more problems than when it works like it's supposed to. I mean it's okay if it's all you can get.
The tech that came out was very professional and attentive to our needs. The service to date has been great and have only loss the signal twice and this was in the middle of the night.
Mark was GREAT! Customer service for the install was above awesome. He was very neat, able to trouble shoot and professional. The only concern I have is Wisper coverage throughout the territory. I referenced 7 other customers in which 5 of them are not able to get your service even though they are 3-5 miles from tower.
i’ve had service since march of this year. SO disappointed!!! fire stick on my tv won’t work half the time. keeps saying i have slow connection. the internet service is slower than dial-up used to be. absolutely the worst internet service i’ve ever had. signed up for 2 years. hopefully i can pay a termination fee and get out.
We’ve had Whisper for a while. Service was good at first. Since they have upgraded things and made changes it affected my connectivity. They said they would come out and adjust my satellite. They sent someone out twice to survey my roof (steep roof). Now it’s been a couple months and no one has come back to adjust the satellite. I am very disappointed and I believe I will have to change companies at this point since they have blown my off.
Had email service with Yhti.net for years. They then became Wisper and things changed Large photos were impossible to receive and other small issues related to how they recognized spam. Could not get some emails, but it was great having a secure email with only occasional spam getting through. Somewhat clunky and hard to set up for convenience. Evidently they tired of providing an email account, so they decided to charge a large service fee to handle my small email account's billing. Evidently this was so I would go away. Which I am, sadly.
