Wisper Internet

Internet is MUCH better than it use to be with the added extension, but it frequently drops the signal for short periods of time.

Having had dial up service for 6 + years, when Hi-speed wireless came along it is great. have had no problems and i can live with not having the fastest speed that providers want to charge an arm and a leg for. I'm happy with what i have and not looking forward to the price increase that i feel is on the way. Which is probably the reason for this review. Rex Spain

The service in my area is slow. They don’t offer a higher speed in my area. As a household with multiple devices, constant buffering is a big issue. And it seems to have a peak time when the connection slows down.

No problems this year so everything is fine

One of the best internet connection I have had. Not very much down time at all. When I have a problem, it is fixed with priority.

Randomly lose service, such as now 7/27/21, 2115, without notice for hours to 24+ hours at a time with no cares from the company. Pretty much the only provider in my rural area. Even had to build a 22 foot tower to get their service! And still randomly no service at all!

Internet is always sketchy and unreliable.

Our internet keeps getting disconnected.

It seems like our Wi-Fi is out 50% of the time. I am always calling to inquire what is going on or having some serviceman come out especially this past month. I really hope I'm not charged a full month's billing cycle when I did not receive a full month worth of Internet services. If we had other options around my area to go with, I would probably leave wisper..

Takes to long to get repairs made.

Your office support group was able to tell me what I had received was a suspicious, unwanted email. I need you to check to see why nearly half of the emails sent from our email address end up in the receivers spam or junk box - sometimes even when we are replying to their email.

Wisper Internet service is GREAT!!! We subscribed to Wisper years ago. In all those years we have had absolutely EXCELLENT service. They have kept our internet up an running 24/7. During all those YEARS we have only needed assistance 3 times. At which each time the staff was professional in answering an explained in detail all our questions. While at the same time they were exceptionally friendly an treated us very well. On one occasion we did have to have patience and wait a few days for our technician. At which time the gamer in the house discovered. He could survive an would not explode without the excess adrenaline flow. Because there really is life out there. Beyond the gaming chair. 😂 Seriously Thank you Wisper for years of GREAT service!

Patience is the best word I can say the Technical support team have. I get very frustrated when someone is trying to help me either get back online or I have problems with Mail. Whoever is helping me, that person is so patient with their directions and are very explicit with all directions. I never feel belittled. I have no fear in asking for help.
