Marc our installer was great! Very friendly and worked with me on the location of the hardware to best fit my space. Customer service/tech support have been great as well! Easy to talk with and understand, follow up calls, and ease of their “no contract” service! Their referral process is super nice! Great addition of high speed internet to our rural community!

The internet has worked great so far! The man was very polite that come to install it but I have to brag on the lady I spoke with on the phone when I called interested in this Internet. She was extremely nice and helpful and I had to call two or three days in a row to get information and each time she was amazing and never got tired of me calling and always told me thank you. The gentleman that came and set up my internet was absolutely fantastic. I am very happy with the customer service and the internet. He went above and beyond to inform me on what he was doing and reassured me if I needed anything he’d be happy to come back and fix the issue. Great work, thank you!!

We have not had any problems with the service.
Before Wisper took over from Neighborhood Wireless we had very little trouble with our internet. Now it won’t seem to stay on for more than a couple of weeks without having to restart our equipment. Tech support says they will check into why it’s not working and then never calls back. We end up having to call back in again when it goes from working bad to worse again. Right now it’s Friday and still waiting on the call back from Saturday on what is wrong. If I hadn’t restarted my equipment I would still have no internet. Been restarting it 2-3 times a day all week just to keep us online.
The service has been excellent. I haven't had any issue with Wisper. Very few lost time with service. I know from time to time things do happen, weather, equipment, power failure. Keep up the good work. Thanks to the whole staff that makes it all possible.
Loss of signal on internet. Employee replaced equipment and moved it up to be able to get signal. Employee worked hard to regain signal,did a great job we have had no problem since. Any time we have had a issue Wispher has been on top of it. Grea Company service and some really great employees.
We have had Wisper internet service for a few years now. We are very pleased with the reliability and service in general.
seems to me we(community) are never long time when wifi trouble always very good at ever helping personally, tech department always polite customer service thx you for your great service

I understand 911 emergency tower was installed on same frequency and Liberty electric smart meters on same frequency. But why are we getting billed for little or no Internet. We were very pleased with the service we had with Wisper until the vegetation and trees between our house and the transmitter on the water tower blocked the signal and made for lots of interruptions to the stability of the connection, forcing us to get a new provider.

Other than occasional outage due to weather or equipment failure, I haven’t experienced any major issues. Problems are usually handled quickly and professionally by your crew.
