I had high hopes for this service. We knew we would be limited to a 10 mb service at $70 which is high but it was our only option besides frontier (which is abysmal). There were hopes of updates to faster service. Unfortunately it wasn't long before they overloaded the transmitter. So not only have the updates never materialized the 10mb service we do pay for is not consistent. Of course, it is by far better than frontier. They have extremely polite and helpful operators and owners. I just wish faster service were available.
Overall the service is good. We might not have internet, but it's not out for a long time.
Dependable service where I live.
I have been with Wisper ISP since 2009. It was a choice to support a local business in a small town, recommended by my Dad. It has been a very good service, with a daily SPAM filter to catch the "iffy" stuff for me to check safely. I have to admit that I was annoyed when I got messages about my storage space was about to run out. But I came around finally. There is no need for me to keep over 10 years of email - so I have the habit now of "pruning" the never-ending growing of incoming email. It is much cleaner. Thanks. It has been great. Meredith

Customer service reps are great, the service at our home is horrible. It’s a daily debate about whether it’s even worth maintaining the service at all. We have internet 50% of the time, at best, and when we do it slower than the dial-up I used in the 90’s. We’ve currently been without internet for 10 days, but with any luck the service rep will be here 4 days from now to address the outage we called about over a week ago. Terrible!! The service I receive is awful. None of the people working at Wisper would tolerate it! Absolutely horrible. I would NEVER recommend using your company!!!
Your internet service is fine, I just feel you are way too expensive. I live out in the country, so although I appreciate the fact that I can even get the internet, I still feel it is priced too high. If I had other choices, I would take them.
I have attempted to contact by phone and by email. Put on hold with phone Never contacted back via email My internet services is often not working - shows that it is functioning however unable to connect. I work from home and have to often use my Hot Spot to function
