We know it's hard to bring quality internet service to the Lake of the Ozarks, but the strength of the internet connection is disappointing and limits our ability to do what we want to do both for business and entertainment, especially with multiple users. We have talked with people at Whisper Internet and have been told that they are making notes of our concern, but have not experienced any improvement.
We want to say that Wisper is the best Internet that we have discovered for our area. They are on TOP of their game for Customer service and their Tech Support department is fantastic in getting Internet Issues fixed. I would highly recommend them . And I give them 10 stars*********
Our service is very sporadic. We do have lots of trees, I was told you were working on something to help with reception through the trees. If you get something to help with the reception through the trees , we need it!!!
Since YHTI has been taken over by Wispernet my service has been sporadic. Experiencing signal loss requiring reboot sometimes twice daily, especially late at night. Never had this problem with YHTI. Thanks
Over the past few months the service has been poor. Service disruptions and downtime seem to be more frequent. Upload and download speeds fluctuate. Sometimes I feel like I'm back in the dial up days. Unfortunately where I live there are few options.
The customer service representative was knowledgeable and figured the issue out quickly. The dish was down, however, it it was a 2 week wait for the service technician to come repair it. The tech did show up as scheduled and fixed the problem. Our service is working fine now.

For our business, we need faster speeds and when there is a outage, cannot reach anyone in customer service.
Good reliable service, but I feel like they should come check my antenna and make sure it is still aligned like it should be. I never hear anything from them about how satisfied I am, they just keep collecting my check.

Our internet had slowed down. The tech was kind and considerate. It only took him about 20 minutes to get us up to speed.
Not the Wisper you once were. Sent emails in for tech support with no response. Ask for a better solution than the 900Mhz radio and no better option provided for the Troy area. Now using Spectrum which I dislike but at least we have somewhat reliable connectivity.
We were getting slower speeds than we were paying for.Tech came out and changed equipment on outside of house and we were good to go.

I was having trouble receiving a signal due to line of trees blocking it. It took several trips, which they did willingly, as they had to get creative. Several changes were made and signal has never been better. Excellent service!
