Internet is always out in Dix,IL. Even more so in the past few weeks. They know it is an issue but yet they still haven't done anything about it. When you call them you are always on hold for over 15 minutes just waiting to talk to someone. Their solution to everything is just unplug it for a while. Never had such unreliable service. It is our only option out here and they know it.

I pay for the top tier speeds. The speed I get is so slow I can’t watch a movie with out it buffering all the time.
Fair pricing .. consistent speeds..never drops service.. my dog chewed througjt the outside line they were there the next day and had it taken care of. Great customer service.

Service this summer has sucked. I can live with the slow speeds, but constant dropping I cannot. The entire system needs to be upgraded.

Company is the best they will work with you for anything you need. My only complaint is losing service/speed during bad weather.
This is currently our only option. It is painfully slow and goes down a lot. Really looking forward to a 5G option (hopefully soon).
I love there service, however I do have a few tiny concerns some times it will abruptly go out but it comes right back on a short time later.
I can not tell you how pleased we are to have Wisper's internet in our area. Each person I have spoke with from office people to the installer's have been nothing but helpful and nice. I have been especially impressed with Cooper, he has been so helpful explaining each step and actually makes getting internet happen. He installed a service to a farm house that we didn't even know if it was doable but he made it happen and our farm hands are over the moon. Thanks and we look forward to our continued good service.
We have had Wisper Internet for a little over 4 weeks. In that time frame the internet has stopped working at least once sometimes twice a week. We have to turn off the power strip, wait a few minutes, then turn it back on. That usually brings the internet back up. It’s been very aggravating!

let me start by saying they bought out my old internet company. in may of 2020 since then I've had issues almost weekly there's times when I've called them and they say there's nothing wrong but clearly something was. but then boom its almost instantly back up.... they keep adding more and more towns with higher speed i live 7 miles from town and get stuck with 15 mbps and that's on a good day. they say they are fixing the older towers but it dose not seem that way because their fb page keeps showing they are adding new areas. i wish they could just focus on the customers they already got. its 2021 people shouldn't be stuck with such subpar speeds and service! but we are pretty much stuck with them since they are the only one who offers no data cap.
We are a municipality with a city hall, police station, fire station, library, and street department. We lose signal very often which often makes it difficult to respond to the public with information they need.
Service was installed on a Friday and failed on Saturday. Was completely out for 3 days waiting for a tech. Technical support and dispatch were not on the same page and did not review notes on the account to make for a timely and seamless service experience. Also, miscommunication on monthly fees. Tech informed us there was a $15 monthly equipment charge, where Sales had stated the router and service were all inclusive. Service is back up now and when running has been fine. Costs are $15 / month higher than originally thought.
So far I've like our experience with Wisper. Getting set up was straight forward & the installation was done as promised. We have much more bandwidth (less buffering) from our previous service- very happy with that!!!
