When it’s working, it’s great. I’ve had it go out on me 3 times in 2 weeks. Once it was a tower outage so I’m not worried about that one, but the other two were something with the installed unit.
Very spotty service. Sometimes it’s the 15 mg we pay for and others (more often than not) it’s much much lower (as low as 2 mg!) There isn’t any other options out where we live so we’re stuck with it and Wisper knows it. They won’t invest in fixing a tower that would give a lot of homes out here a little bit faster service. We all cannot wait for the bays fiber to get connected!
