One day it works. The next day it doesn't. Paying for 100Mbits/s and yesterday getting 4Mb/s.
We received excellent and extremely courteous service from the phone service to the technician that came and worked on our service. We are still having some times when the internet goes down and will get in touch if more is needed.
Service is not reliable and not as fast as is capable. Our area has always been a problem area for internet. Wisper initially told us this would improve....when?
Service is fine, but the process of trying to schedule an installer to come out was terrible. It took more than four months and over 10 phone calls to get it set up, and the actual install could’ve been done better… They pulled the cable right across the front of my house. I’ve been double billed on occasion as well… It feels like the service is good, but the office support needs work.

Have issues with trusted emails either getting into spam regardless of white listing them or they are blocked. Also have serious issues with companies and individuals receiving my emails as their email services are blocking my emails as spam even thought they have white listed my email address. Very rarely had these issues in the past but they are ramping up to the point I am looking for another provider. Can't run my business this way.
We have had our internet cable on the ground since April! Have called and emailed repeatedly but still noone has notified us for digging. It's already been dug once so a locate is not needed. It is only rocky in one small area ( which is an excuse we have heard). Extremely disappointed in this company!
We have been with Wisper since 2005. They are always professional, kind and supportive. We rarely have had an outage of our internet and land line.
slow,slow,slow Customer service wait times are beyond infuriating spotty service, rates are exhorbitant
Can't game or stream 4k TV. Called many times over the years always the same answer (we need to upgrade or towers). This is the only internet I can get until starlink becomes available. My latency for gaming is around 200 to 400ms.
Would not recommend.

wisper has always helped me with any problems i had,,, we have all tv on internet plus computer and phone and I pad... we cannot complain
It was a long process but wisper kept working on it until they got the internet working great!!! Thank you for your hard work!!!!

So no Internet speed
We have the lowest internet speed but it is very adequate for our needs. If we start using streaming services we will need to increase our data speed. Wisper Internet has done a great job in providing internet service for us.
