Sales and Service
Service was installed on a Friday and failed on Saturday. Was completely out for 3 days waiting for a tech. Technical support and dispatch were not on the same page and did not review notes on the account to make for a timely and seamless service experience. Also, miscommunication on monthly fees. Tech informed us there was a $15 monthly equipment charge, where Sales had stated the router and service were all inclusive. Service is back up now and when running has been fine. Costs are $15 / month higher than originally thought.
