Wisper Internet

Rural internet. No luck with either satellite service. Tried Wisper, and it's the best for me so far. Though costly at $100 a month, quite reliable. An outage maybe only every 6 months. Wish the speeds were faster. Pay for 25mbs, but never get it. Zoom calls were taxing. If zooming, no one else can be using internet. You would think for $100 month, speed would go up.

We have had Whisper for years with no troubles!! We had troubles about 3 months ago, they were a little slow resolving the problem, but it got resolved satisfactorily. My only small problem is the monthly price, i think it is a bit high. Recommend them 100 percent!!

Internet service has been spotty lately but customer service is also very helpful. Very impressed with the speed in which they resolve issues.

I have been having terrible service. I spend more time offline than on. I have called multiple times and only once did I get some positive results over the phone. First time I was told I had to wait 3 days for a tech. He supposedly fixed the issue. But it drops constantly. I called back.(friday) was told there would be a ticket filed and that was it. Called the following day. (sat) Was confirmed there was a ticket in and a person would be at my home on MONDAY to fix it. (<- Issued me some credit because of the issues) Called back Monday. This person was telling me the tech would be out on Friday. 2 weeks with hardly any internet. Proceeded to argue with me about when the person was suppose to come out. So now got the whole week with spotty net. Not acceptable! Not a happy person about this at all!

Getting service restored is always an issue with Wisper. I have been without service for days and the last time was a week with no service or very limited service. Seems as though Wisper does not care much about good service in the area of Camdenton, MO.

It’s very inconsistent with speed and reliability. It’s not worth the price we have to pay each month but, we don’t have another internet option for a provider.

Your service is terrible when it works, but half of the time it doesn't even work.

We have always been very satisfied with our service in the past. We seem to be losing internet a lot lately and I have heard several friends mention the same. I hope it is an issue you are working on and will soon have the issue resolved.

I live n the country and my provider choice is limited. Wisperisp has been a dependable internet provider.

Service is consistently unreliable. Customer service personnel are difficult to reach and unlikely to return communications after you do reach them. Frustrating to be in rural America where options are limited.

Every time it rains, the internet goes out, even today, it showered and the internet went out.

I had a local phone co provide me internet service. It was very slow and it took a long time for it to come up for use. At that time I switched to Whisper and I made a good choice. I live in he country and Whisoer seems to work very well. I plan on keeping it Its the best bang for the buck !!!!!!!!!!! Gary Kerksick

Best internet there is. Just needs to be higher coverage in my area.

Most of the time my cell phone loads better on cell power than wifi. I just turn the wifi off on my phone at home. Our ring doorbells don’t work well on our wifi either. The person at the door is gone before the ring can upload for you to talk to them or see who is at the door. It works fine after about 5 minutes to load which is way to long, but you can look through the history.

Poor service . It goes in and out constantly! Every time it storms I’m we lose service . I get messages during my zoom meetings, my internet is unstable .

Still being slow to down load. Blinks out at times when scrolling.

Your system is great when working but it seems to be down as much as up and calling TECH is a joke.

When the service works, it's great. It's the other times when we will randomly lose service, sometimes for a little while, sometimes for days, and when we try to contact customer service we usually get no response, whether we call and leave a message or email. If I had any other choice I would change service providers but I don't. Randomly losing service I can almost handle. It's the lack of customer service that speaks to what kind of company this is.

We had a tech come out and try to figure out why we have such bad signal, he said tree's are in the way and there's nothing else that can be done. But we still have to pay $90 for poor service that isn't even close to what we was told it would be

There's been some issues at first due to where my house is, however, Whisper was on it!! Got it going great! All is well. The staff and the techs are wonderful, informative and very personal and a joy to talk with. Thank you!
