Trustworthy Service!
No problems! Happy with our service. Previously, we had our internet service through AT&T and it was a nightmare trying to get service.
Wisper Internet has mixed reviews from customers. Customers particularly appreciate service and reliable, though some mention concerns about customer service and expensive.

Wisper is great. They are the only service provider in my area besides satellite, and satellite sucks! Internet goes out sometimes, but not for very long usually. No data caps, which is nice. I took away a star for the internet going out sometimes. I would rate them a little higher than sparklight when I used to have sparklight. Sparklight has data caps which I hate, and they go out too sometimes. Even though I only pay for 10mbps down speed with Wisper, it's absolutely consistent (unlike sparklight) and enough for me and my roommate to watch streaming video at the same time. If they're an option, they're a good one to consider getting. Try them out! You can also have them remove the care plan from your bill to save yourself $10 a month. I currently pay $60 a month, 10mbps down 2mbps up, no data cap. It's great!
I hate to write this but I have to be honest. The service is absolutely horrible. Not dependable at all and given to wide fluctuations in bps you never know how long it’s going to take something to download. I’ve made numerous phone calls to whisper and they’ve been very courteous. The truth is they have a subpar product and they keep adding other companies so they can grow but they don’t do anything to fix what they have.
Service has been very choppy over the past several months. TV and other electronics pausing and interupted.
The internet service is usually very reliable. The few times it has gone down, it has sometimes taken a while for the service to be restored.
Our internet comes and goes frequently. My main reason in giving 1 star is because of false advertising. Wisper has sent me an email numerous times stating that we will be upgrading access to 100mbps, but every time I ask a help desk technician I am told "No that won't be happening in your area". I do not like to be told one thing but it is actually not going to happen. I also am not referring to any public advertising at all. I am referring to an email sent to me buy the company.

The weekends are still very slow internet. I'm wondering how do you calculate the strongest signal possible
I am happy with Wisper but my bill keeps getting messed up and charging my credit card the wrong amount. I think the billing portion of the website needs to be corrected or redone so it's easier to manage.
Internet service is very poor. Slow, momentary interruptions, even though we pay for the faster service. The technician when out here several times, says this is as good as it gets. Service is running at one half speed I pay for..
Few outages, low levels of buffering & customer support is accessible when needed.
We live out in the boonies and am very thankful wisper provides internet service to us.
In our area it’s either whisper or satellite. We got whisper because of the unlimited internet. However when we had a problem because our internet is so slow and we are not getting what we paid for, whisper said they would give us 3 months half price and try and find the problem. That’s great they found the problem but never fixed it. So we are back to paying full price without getting the full experience because our internet lags so much.

For the most part everything works good. I have been with this company before it was Wisper. When Wisper bought out Pixius our monthly bill was reduced approximately $20.00 We are able to stream what we like to watch - like Netflix, You tube , Roku , etc. There are times we have to reboot our system for some reason not sure why. The other day we were notified by email the network would be down in our area and was given a way to track it through out the day. We still have the original hardware that was installed when we were with Pixius. Our location is SW Missouri.
We are so very happy with the service from Wisper, and I've mentioned Wisper to several friends/co-workers. We do have some downtime that I'm not sure was ever worked out from the original install, but overall it's fantastic! We had Hughesnet before and it was horrible. Our connection seems to, for the most part, remain strong and full access!
We lost intranet last month for 4 days with no word when it would be restored. I had to get a hotspot because I work from home. Also we live in a remote/resort area and from Friday through Sunday it seems the bandwidth is full. We have streaming TV and usually goes out over that period. Thanks
