Wisper Internet has mixed reviews from customers. Customers particularly appreciate service and reliable, though some mention concerns about customer service and expensive.
So far whisper has been great I've had no shutdowns no slow speeds

This service is constantly going out & I'm not used to trying to reset it as I'm going through a divorce & its sad when my vehicle gives me better & faster internet than my home internet & I have zoom meetings to do & attend.
I have outages from time to time that are unexplained. It took almost a week for a service repairman to restore my service after 2 or 3 phone calls. 1 evening customer service rep was OUTSTANDING. She was spot on doing what needed to be done. She supplied me with more information the other 2 SHOULD have known. THAT person deserves a raise and recognition for Outstanding customer service. I wish I could remember her name.

Happy to have access to Wisper's over the air Internet service since there is no fiber optic cable available in our neighborhood. However, perhaps due to their wireless model, our Internet service is inconsistent and drops randomly on both good and bad weather days. Worst timing for outage was when Wisper Internet service went out for the entire day in February on Super Bowl football game day. No explanation provided and no follow-up until next day. One would think Super Bowl Sunday would be closely monitored for service outage issues. And, during NBA finals last game earlier this week, Wisper Internet was constantly losing streaming video during the game. Inopprtune times for service outages. Hope the service outages are greatly reduced soon (or cable becomes available).
Service is acceptable during the week, but on weekends and holidays the network seems to be overloaded and basically unusable.
Our internet does what we expect it to do. We are pleased with the service and it's dependability.

I'm a disabled man in my late 50s. I spend a tremendous amount of my time streaming tv and movies, and with my Oculus Quest 2. I have plenty of bandwidth to do whatever I want. My son is staying with me, and is in music production. Everything he uses and his uploads don't effect my free use at all. I chose Wisper for our animal shelter almost 14 years ago.. Even with the huge growth of the company - The tech support and customer service are 1st class. My internet connection is everything to me. Having service I can count on and the billing department worked with me to keep me connected with occasional payment arrangements. I love you guys!
Service, when it works, is ok. Drops often. Can’t reach customer service. Cost is expensive but we have only a few choices for providers in our area.
My internet was going out periodically and I called your customer service who was very helpful and polite. They scheduled a service call for a tech to come out to check thing out and he got my issue corrected.
Mike Tebbe was our repairman and did an awesome job explaining things to me. He is going to arrange for a bucket truck to fix my problem. He is an awesome asset to your company!!
We have only lost service 3 times in 2 years which is excellent. Plus, their customer service is always good. 👍
Expensive and slow. It costs twice as much as what I paid in St Louis at maybe a fifth the speed.

We have experienced outages several times in the last 90 days. Plus our speed is quite slow most of the time. The one thing we are thankful for is if we turn everything off internet we can stream fairly well on our TV. The customer service is nothing to complain about.
The entire Staff of Wisper Internet from the time we started coordinating internet setup to troubleshooting wi-fi issues between two buildings, has been nothing but stellar, prompt, courteous service. Great Job!
Poor speed for the price $55 for 5 meg of download speed is unfair to the customer and cannot get any faster speeds.
