Waste of Money
Customer service reps are great, the service at our home is horrible. It’s a daily debate about whether it’s even worth maintaining the service at all. We have internet 50% of the time, at best, and when we do it slower than the dial-up I used in the 90’s. We’ve currently been without internet for 10 days, but with any luck the service rep will be here 4 days from now to address the outage we called about over a week ago. Terrible!!
