Ben McCarthy has been absolutely amazing so supportive, and I’m incredibly grateful. He helped me through a really stressful time following a car accident. From the very first call, he was calm, reassuring, and took the time to explain everything clearly (which I especially appreciated since I know very little about cars!). He’s handled everything from dealing with the insurance and car hire to guiding me through all the next steps. I genuinely don’t know what I would have done without his help.
Lady named bolu was very kind and very patient. I don't speak alot of English and Bolu was very patient with me explaining very slowly so I can understand.
Still in progress with claim so feel it’s a bit early to review but have been asked to provide a review and I understand these things are important for the staff involved. Firstly overall very helpful people to deal with. Diane and Summer very helpful and efficient. Always put you at ease and answer my questions. One gentleman I spoke to less so but that’s life. Had a pretty rubbish experience with regards hire car. Had to speak to 3 different companies, giving the same info each time. Advised the aim was to get me a car that day (Monday), then promised Tuesday. After much chasing I was told it wasn’t coming on Tuesday and my son could not get to work and had to let work down at the last minute as we kept being told we would have the car that day. Eventually car arrived on Wednesday - 2 hours later than advised. On Thursday got a call to say that they needed to swap the car as they had given me the wrong car. Am still hopeful that overall it will be a positive experience

Terrible service, left me without a courtesy car for 2 weeks and then told me I couldn't get one.
Call handler was a great help, she came across polite and wanted the best for my case.
Would not recommend at all after having to deal with someone hitting my car and leaving the scene and it being my first claim I asked the college for cctv which they saved for the insurance company Winn did not collect this and keeps asking for CCTV so they didn’t bother to collect it , but also that that won’t make a difference in case the car was stolen which makes no sense after 6months I just got told the other insurance ain’t responding so I might aswell pay the access and claim on my own account , I’m very frustrated with it all and seems unfair I should pay for someone else’s negligence , why am I paying insurance to be told we can’t get a hold of him or there insurance Is actually mind boggling , I will be leaving marshmallow insurance as a result of this as I don’t want to deal with having to pay for expenses myself if this happens again , to just be told there not responding is such a let down surely there is a law that they have to I feel so let down In regards to you’re response you did not chase them tirelessly I had to keep ringing for updates and you still did not collect the camera evidence after saying it will help but on the other hand it won’t as the car might be stolen I’m sure after 6 months the insurance company would know if it’s stolen and I’m pretty sure a stolen car would not be dropping someone off at college at 9am so it’s ok for them to not responded ? It’s terrible pay insurance so I’m protected and clearly I’m not because you can’t get a response of the insurance you have now cancelled my claim when I didn’t want too not and telling me to pay for damages by claiming of my insurance which will cost me my access
