I recently spoke to Mason Harmer. He was an absolutely amazing help, when I called he got straight to the point and explained what was happening clearly and briefly. He didn’t waste no time on the phone with me as I am used to getting the run around. It was a pleasant experience and if I am ever in such a situation again, I would return to him for help! I am going through a no fault car claim and so far, Mary Ajayi from Winn's Solicitors has been great. I have never needed to go through this process before but so far it has been a smooth process and taken the stress out of it. As much as I wouldn't want this to happen again, I would recommended using Winn's Solicitors to deal with the process.
Jason was very helpful today. Explained everything clearly and efficiently.
Talking to the staff was good and they made each step clear and concise. Particularly useful was their step by step guide to what would happen next. The annoying step was the length of time taken in between each section.
We are OAP and not familiar with the computer and internet. The gentleman was so helpful and talked us through it all. Nothing was too much trouble and he was very patient although we were taking up a lot of his time. He also explained what would happen next.
