Excellent very helpful

When they rang they did not make it clear who they were and what their terms of business were. When I said I didn't want to deal with them the chap talking to me got quite forceful and raised his voice and wouldn't let me finish a sentence. Bearing in mind he was talking to someone who was still in a lot of pain following a car accident. Very unpleasant Update following Winn Group response - they clearly haven't actually read the complaint or they'd see I didn't want to deal with them and don't have a reference number. Very unprofessional
