This is not a legit company. I ordered a Crystal Mineral coffee mug 12 - 14oz. What showed up was a plastic badly painted mug like cup with a metal insert for the liquid you would be drinking to go in 2-4ozs. The mug that showed up was not the product being advertised. I started a return and the company completely ignored my return request. I started a return through PayPal and the company is requiring me to pay return shipping to China. I refused to pay shipping since I was frauded out of my money in this purchase.

I ordered 3 Mineral mugs and a Taylor Swift Stanley tumbler back in the beginning of December. The order total amount was $95.00. My order took about a month to finally arrive. After opening the package I noticed I received 4 plastic mugs instead of 3 and no Stanley tumbler. The mineral mugs looked nothing like the photos. It looked like it was painted by kindergartner’s art class. I sent 3 emails to customer service (asking for a refund and to send the product back) until I finally received a response and they asked me for pictures of my received order which I was happy to send. The response from customer service was that the description on the website matched the product sent. They offered me a 5% discount but would not let me return the products for a refund. I emailed them back telling them I was not going to accept the discount and wanted to return the items. They never emailed me back. I would not recommend ordering from this website. They are posting fake photos of their products and sending cheap versions that look nothing like what is on the website.

Bait and Switch! Stay away from this company. I purchased 2 mineral crystal mugs from their site, which were advertised as "made from mineral crystals". They even showed a video of the process using actual minerals. What I received was 2 poorly painted plastic mugs, which were made from cheap plastic and not from crystals. When I emailed their company to ask for a refund, they told me their mugs are "inspired" by natural gemstones. But their website says they are made from actual gemstones. They offered me a 20% refund for these 2 plastic mugs that look like a child painted them (which might be the case). STAY AWAY THEY ARE SCAMMERS

Plastic painted mug.This is nothing like the beautiful pictures you see in their ad.I definitely want my money back,and want everyone to know this a plastic item.Don’t waste your money.So disappointed,this was to be a gift.

I have ordered things online in the past and they did't always look like the picture but this company Wine and Whiskey Decanter is another type of beast. I ordered a mineral crystal cup that should have been 12-15 oz size, and instead, I have received a cup, made of plastic with a horrible paint job, and even if I used it, I could only fit in an expresso in there. 1/3 of a cup. Biggest Scam I have ever encountered. The website reviews are all made up. Wish I checked it before the ordering. Sent emails but of course, nobody answered. The product landed in the trash. I can't be even bothered to return it to them and waste any more time with those people.

One star is too high. Terrible product and customer service. Ordered crystal mug and wrong size and cheaply made. Has taken me 31 days to get a response to return at my expense. Total scam

SCAM - BUYER BEWARE! I ordered a crystal mineral mug and two months later I received a small mug that did not even look close to what I ordered. It has a tin insert that you put inside the mug for hot drinks. The item advertised did not. I watched a video of how the originally ordered mug was made. The mug we received was plastic junk!

Total bait and switch misrepresentation of the product that I ordered. Mineral Crystal mugs. Terrible paint job over formed plastic. Website misrepresented everything including the supposed 24 hour Business day response time. How is this website still allowed to sell?!

I went to Wine and Whiskey Decanter based on their ads for mineral coffee mugs. On the site they show beautiful mineral mugs and a video of how they are made. I ordered 3 and received some of the most hideous homemade hand painted plastic mugs that I have ever seen. After reaching out to their customer care team providing photos of what I ordered vs what I received, I got the following response :” I’m sorry to hear that you’re disappointed with the product. The mug you purchased is inspired by the beauty of natural minerals, but it is not made from actual mineral crystal. These mugs are designed to replicate the elegant look of gemstones, such as amethyst and agate, with careful attention to detail. The product is intended to offer a unique, artistic design that brings the charm of natural minerals into your home. We understand how important it is to receive exactly what you expect, and we appreciate your understanding. As a courtesy, we would like to give you a 5% discount that will be applied to your current order. Please note that the 5% discount will be applied to the amount of the item only excluding shipping. If you wish to proceed with the return, we will provide you with our return address in the next email. Please note that we do not provide return labels, and the shipping cost for the return will be shouldered by the customer. We would like to inform you that while our headquarters is based in the US/CA, we have recently relocated our shipping warehouse and returns department to our office in China. We understand that this change may result in higher shipping costs for returns, and we apologize for any inconvenience caused.” Additionally, they represent like they are shipping from the US, when in fact it is China.

I purchased 5 items from this store (Wine and Whiskey decanter) I ordered 5 products in total, paid another $24 in "express international shipping" which is supposed to be 3 business days once shipped. They confirmed my order on January 6th. On January 13th, I received an email from info@wineandwhiskeydecanter that my order had shipped (A shipment from order#... has shipped). 9 days later I received a small wad of plastic with my name and address on it. It was the most unprofessional shipping I have received, I used scissors to cut the plastic which was just wrapped around 2 products like a softball. It was only 2 out of 5 items I ordered and there was no shipping invoice with it. I figured my order was shipped separately and that maybe the rest would come in the next day or two. I sent an email in to let them know what was going on, I just received a very long auto response from a different email premiertruststore.com. I responded by I wanted to a human response. An email came through on the 27th from someone named Joserene but the top said Sandra from premiertruststore.zendesk.com. They just told me the issue was resolved and everything was shipped here, that I need to talk to the post office. I did, there is nothing there at the post office. Wine and Whiskey lied about there being only 1 package, then there was separate packages. I only received 2 out of the 5 items I paid for. I paid for express international shipping which I did not get. This company is a scam just like everyone has said in the comments. I wish I had seen this before I ordered. I am out over $100.

If I could give 0 stars I would. They sent me a fake Stanley when what they have advertised is a real Stanley. Trying to get a response is a nightmare because they keep sending the same generic email. I filed a dispute and they expect me to pay to ship it back (to China) before they will refund me. I'm one of the few who actually received something but it is definitely not what I paid for. Total joke of a "company." I wish I could add the pictures of what they sent. At least everyone would get a good laugh.

Wish I would of checked out Trustpilot reviews. As everyone stated, its an absolute scam. Paid for expedited shipping on the 16th of December. Several emails with customer support to no avail. Finally they stated it was delivered on the 12th of January by USPS however it was not. I feel so scammed, do not trust this company.

This company is a total scam. Like many other reviews I see now I ordered the mineral coffee cups for my wife for Christmas. They took 5 weeks to ship from China and are the cheapest plastic worthless cups I have ever seen. Now they want me to ship them back to China on my dime to get a refund. Absolute garbage!! Do not order anything from them.

Same as the previous reviews. Bait and switch. The mugs are such utter garbage that I can't in good faith even donate them to charity! Not only because they are ridiculously phony but the plastic/epoxy is still outgassing so they stink of chemicals!

1 star is generous Total scam. CRYSTAL MINERAL MUGS were (1) LATE, late, late! (2) CHEAP CRAP! Painted plastic (3) TERRIBLE customer support (4) return policy makes ME PAY for return shipping to CHINA! before they will process a refund. FLUFF THAT! Learn from my $89 mistake! (I'll never make again)

I also ordered one of the mineral crystal mugs from WWD and it took 6 weeks to arrive, I was given false tracking information for over a month and the mug I received was a very cheap plastic that looked like it was painted by a kid. The mug does not match the description, pictures or video on their website. Now I've been waiting for over a week for return address information so I can send this back, but I get the feeling that their customer service is ignoring me. All communication with WWD has come with a week of waiting for a reply even though their site says they respond in under 24 hours. They don't even deserve the 1 star rating that I was forced to give them here.

Ordered a crystal mug, received what looks like what a kindergartener made in arts and crafts. The site is obviously a scam using AI images, the mug is so bad it’s comical, no joke my sister was crying from laughing so hard at how bad her Christmas gift was. I will be keeping it on display now as an incredibly hideous conversation piece.

When I reached out for a return, I was informed that returns are not free, and I would need to cover shipping costs despite the fact that the product was misrepresented. The company responded by saying the mugs are "inspired by natural gemstones" and "crafted to replicate the beauty and elegance of gemstones" — a convenient excuse for selling something completely different from what was advertised. This is a clear case of false advertising. If you’re expecting quality and authenticity, look elsewhere. I will not be purchasing from this company again and would advise others to avoid them as well.
