I ordered 2 Crystal mugs as well. Far from what was in the photos. My order was about 75$ & looks like something a 2 year old did at Bible school.

I purchased the “mineral crystal” mugs to give as gifts. The photo made them look like gemstones. They were anything but. I was horrified when I opened them and found that they were nothing but plastic that looked like melted wax. I wrote to the company and heard nothing back. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone.

I ordered two crystal mugs for Christmas for myself and my husband and they looked so beautiful online but the items that I received look nothing like what is pictured online! They are so cheap looking and have a stainless steel cup sticking out - my little girl who is 4 didn't even want them because they are so ugly. Do not waste your money and they dont do free returns either!

This is a total scam out of China. Same experience as everyone else. It's a total bait and switch! the product was trash and not even close in appearance or size. They shipped to me from New Jersey and now want me to return to China for a refund. Why would I even try to return to China for a refund when they already scammed me once.

Absolutely trash quality. I ordered the crystal mug as a birthday gift for my mom. I was so excited until I opened the box to find a cheaply made plastic piece of trash that was poorly painted to “look” like crystal. Started a return, we shall see what happens but I do not have high hopes. 100% a trash scam site, do not purchase from them. Wish I would have done my research before hand.

They advertised a Stanley water bottle, but it was a cheap fake. It took forever to get here, and I received emails stating it was being processed and on the way for weeks. I tried to cancel, but I was told it had already been shipped, and did not receive a tracking number for a while. I paid way too much for what I received.

Do not purchase from this site. Bought the so called mineral mugs, they were nothing but painted plastic. Paid 60.00 for 4 mugs, and wanted to return them, It was gong to cost 125.00 to return because everything comes from China. A whiskey decanter came broken. They would only offer a 20% refund. Again, to return, would be more than the decanter was worth. Steer clear. Don't waste your money.

Scam scam scam. Got scammed buying the mineral coffee mugs. Don’t buy anything from this scam company.

Terrible scam. I was so excited to find the products I did - I ordered them a month before Christmas. It wasn't until after I placed the order that I discovered they were based overseas. I never received my products, but I can't get the money back because they provided (false) proof of shipment and delivery. When I went to post office to research the tracking number, I was told it was not a legitimate USPS number, so there was nothing to track. Save yourself some money and frustration - DO NOT buy anything from this company!

I purchased a mug from wine and whiskey decanter and it was nothing like the picture or description on their website. I tried to return the item but they wouldn't send me their shipping address. They offered a refund for only 10% of the purchase price and they haven't done that yet either. I allowed the 10 business days to complete the refund and now we are an additional 12 days beyond that. I do not recommend purchasing anything from this company!

This company is awful. Charged me for 2 items took over a month to ship. Told them I no longer wanted product and they refused to cancel. Hard to get a response. Phone # listed is disconnected. AVOID this company.

This website is an absolute scam. I ordered two coffee cups for my wife That were advertised and pictured to be made out of stone. We were going to order from another website at this website was definitely less expensive. When they finally shipped it, it was labeled as delivered in tracking but it took another 3 days to get here. When it got to our house the cups were actually acrylic plastic with metal inserts. Nothing like what it was advertised. Customer service takes 3 days to a week to get back to you and I demanded a refund. Only for them to tell me that they moved their shipping warehouses to China, (which is a lie because they were already based in China from what I looked up), And that they would only refund me 20% of what I paid along with not paying for any shipping on the return all the way to China. This website is an absolute scam. Do not do business with them.

Based in China with no mention of this on their website. Ordered a limited edition Stanley quencher (same price as in US), paid for expedited shipping in December. After my shipment was lost, I requested a refund, since this was well after Christmas. I was told I could receive 20% off a future purchase, which is nonsense. Item was shipped out again and received Received in early February. Not a Stanley, no trademarks or logo anywhere on bottle, unlike the picture on their website. Customer Service says they will refund my money 50%. I would have to pay for return shipping TO CHINA. submitted complaint to BBB, which company never responded to so BBB closed my complaint. Complete and utter scam! Their US contact number listed on their site doesn't even work.

Worst experience and product ever. Do not buy from this website. Scam. Ordered 6 crystal mugs in early Dec. Told items would arrive before Christmas - came over a month later. Countless contacts with customer service, Premiere Trust. Never helpful, they tried to keep dragging out the concerns hoping I'd give up. I wanted a credit the mugs, looked fake, cheap quality. Looked nothing like the photos. Avoid this site at all costs- scam alert!

I purchased the Crystal Coffee mug. This is not crystal and is made of cheap plastic. Their website shows the mug being made from stone too. Its much smaller than they advertise as well. I have sent them this same information along with pictures. They said they moved their warehouse to China and I would have to pay the shipping back to them. As you we all know the shipping cost is far more expensive than the mug.

I wish you could give a zero. They are a scam company, performing illegal actions. They state you can return items that are unopened. I asked for my order to be cancelled before they shipped it. TWICE! Then they shipped it anyway. I have asked over 10 times for a return label and am being ignored. Most likely until the 30 day window of their policy expires. They have a F on the better business bureau website. STAY AWAY AND TELL EVERYONE YOU KNOW THE SAME!

Ordered what is stated as mineral rock mugs. After waiting two months I received trashy plastic mugs that I couldn’t give as gifts. Maybe goodwill can sell them. SCAM GARBAGE FROM CHINA

These Scammers are Scamming hard. I would give Negative stars if possible. Ordered a crystal mug as a Christmas gift and realized the order was taking extremely long to process. Meanwhile, I’m inundated with emails to buy more stuff. Well, before “the item shipped,” I demanded a cancellation and full refund.These scammers ignored my demand and “sent” the item anyway, claiming that it’s a busy time and too late to process a return. Fast forward over a month later, I get an email update that the package has been delivered. My sister-in-law has NOT received anything. Lesson Learned. DO NOT conduct any business with this Sham organization or anything remotely associated with it.

Total scam company from china--ordered two mugs described as 15oz mineral crystal mugs. They are plastic, badly painted 4 oz mugs. Getting the run around trying to get money back. I currently have them displayed in my store as a reason NOT to buy minerals online.
