Avoid This Company – Misleading Product Descriptions and Poor Customer Service I recently purchased the Mineral Crystal Coffee Mugs, expecting a high-quality product based on their description: "crafted with precision, polished to emphasize the mineral’s natural details, and made from mineral crystal." What I received were cheap plastic mugs with a metal insert that look nothing like the description or photos on their website. When I reached out for a return, I was informed that returns are not free, and I would need to cover shipping costs despite the fact that the product was misrepresented. The company responded by saying the mugs are "inspired by natural gemstones" and "crafted to replicate the beauty and elegance of gemstones" — a convenient excuse for selling something completely different from what was advertised. This is a clear case of false advertising. If you’re expecting quality and authenticity, look elsewhere. I will not be purchasing from this company again and would advise others to avoid them as well.
